|biography = A meta that's known to operate within Millennium City. Logistics data suggests the subject resides within the city as well. The subject has taken to fighting crime around the city, primarily stopping petty crimes and foiling break-in attempts. He seems benign in the punishment he dishes out, preferring to knock-out or capture the criminals and leaving them for the MCPD to arrest. Criminal accounts place him with the abilities to move through solid objects and to take over other's bodies. The extent of these abilities are currently unknown but the later appears to be heavily limited. Despite the nonchalant and aloof manner he adopts in his vigilante work, he appears to be rather intelligent, often preferring to manipulate his opponents into compromising positions.
