Chrissy Talbot is a native of Millennium City. She grew up just five short years after the Battle of Detroit. She was a happy and intelligent girl growing up. She was also surprisingly scrappy. She had no choice but to find her way into science. Her mother, Lucy is a Theoretical Physicist. Her father, Timothy is a xenobiologist. She currently works as an intern in the particle research lab at Heller Labs. |
Chrissy's parents are respected scientists in their own rights. Lucy Talbot is perhaps where Chrissy gets much of her personality from. She's studious, intelligent, and unafraid in her pursuits. As a Theoretical Physicist, Lucy works extensively with mathematical models and simulations. She's introduced several theorems and hypotheses that can possibly become the basis for some wonderful advancements.
Timothy is much more quiet and absorbed in his work. Due to the recent invasions by not only the Qularr and the Gadroon among other species, his work as a Xenobiologist has become quite in-demand. There's possibly no one on earth that has a better understanding of various species than Timothy Talbot. Timothy has a secret however. Timothy is an alien himself from the far reaches of our Galaxy. Tim’s race, the Thorassi are a race of humanoid appearing aliens. The Thorassi are known as scientists and inventors. Their race has minor shape-altering abilities to help them blend in with the cultures that they're studying. As such their level of technology is light years ahead of other races in the galaxy. Even unknown to them, they have a dormant gene in their make-up that will play a large role in Chrissy’s career. |
Heller Labs specials in particle research and experimentation. As part of their research and development, they introduced a new Particle Accelerator to assist in their efforts at discovering a new Particle.
The testing of the new machine went flawlessly. Everyone, including Chrissy celebrated their new advances. The Accelerator was incredibly smaller, able to perform the same tests as a miles-long complex in the space of several rooms. Something in that reaction activated a long-dormant alien gene that not even her father's people were aware existed. |
The dormant alien gene began a nuclear reaction in every cell of her body. The Transformation was excruciating for Chrissy as she thought she was burning to ash from the inside.
As the transformation completed, Chrissy fell into a deep sleep, exhausted from the changes. She slept for close to three days before she awoke, feeling tireless and surprisingly without an appetite. |
