Who Are They?
LIAbout.png

The Liberty Initiative is one of America's foremost small organizations of costumed superhuman crime fighters. They are convicted to safeguarding the United States from any threat alongside PRIMUS or any which any of them can't handle alone. Founded recently, the Liberty Initative is becoming one of many superhuman teams to be granted semi official government sanctions by the National Security Council of the United States.

The first founding members of the Liberty Initiative first banded together upon assembly by Veronica Roy, President of Roy Enterprises. Given various levels of the Roy Enterprises building in Grosse Ile, Michigan, the team was granted the Lounge of Liberty for housing, mission preparation, training, and relaxation. Anarchy quickly began to draw up the charter and by law for the team to govern their operations and progress.

  • Liberty Initiative Identicard: State-of-the-art tech at its finest. These credit card-sized gadgets act not only as identification for all Liberty Initiative members, but as communicators and tracking devices. Designed and manufactured by Roy Enterprises, the Identicards have proven to be a valuable resource in the field. Each card has a flat-screen monitor to send and receive audio and video data. The Identicard can beep like a pager, communicate like a videophone, and record like a mini-recorder; it also has a virtually global range with satellite uplink. As a tracking device, it can be used to locate a member via his or her card's unique signal. In addition, it can act as a small computer with a numerical access pad. All by itself, this makes it an overpowered calculator, but with appropriate access codes, it can contact Liberty Initiative computers, which can then be operated with voice commands. The cards are waterproof.

Roy Enterprises stands at seven (and a half) stories tall and located three blocks away from Citadel Protection's Grosse Ile, Michigan branch. It houses the Lounge of Liberty for the Liberty Initiative and includes three sublevels as well.

First Floor

The receptionist lobby, waiting rooms, and emergency medical wing. The receptionist is a portly and dignified woman known as Beth Marshall, who always presents a lukewarm smile and plays Bejeweled in her downtime. The Head Doctor is known as William Smithson who is a rather attractive middle-aged man who sometimes falls victim to sexual harassment lawsuits.

Second Floor

Dedicated to the company's focus of the Personal Care Industry. The man behind the Department is Steven Buerox, a flamboyant (but reserved) gay marriage activist and former hand model.

Third Floor

Dedicated to the company's focus of the Creative Industry. All proceeds gained through this Department is forward to charities focusing on childcare, education, disaster relief, and medical research and development.

Fourth Floor

Dedicated to the company's focus of the Defense Industry. The research and development is conducted elsewhere however. The man behind the Department is Stanley Grante, a former vigilante that later served in the Army.

Fifth Floor (The Den)

This is the floor dedicated to the housing units for the team itself. There are ten rooms in two sets of five. One wing is for men and the other wing is for women. Each room has a living room/kitchen combination, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Each room has a computer interface panel for personal communication and notification. In between each wing is the Den itself featuring a 78" television above an electric fireplace overlooking a C shaped seating arrangement. Behind the seating arrange is a white marble themed kitchen.

Sixth Floor (The War Room)

This is the floor dedicated to the team's more serious affairs. The ceiling seems to be lower than the other floors and features a round table with a flickering transparent holographic display that rotates clockwise slowly. The table has twelve chairs with a foldable tray for item placement and interface panels to interact with the holographic display. The room also has ten exhibition cases for uniforms and lockers right next to each one. Lastly there is a Trophy Case that will reveal a secret door if you mention a certain phrase.

Secret Floor (The Hangar)

This is the location of a hidden Hangar for the Cessna Citation CJ2 the team will use for national travel as well as the location for 5 holding cells.

Seventh Floor

The executive office floor where Veronica Roy handles the company's corporate affairs.

Sublevel One

Simple storage floor for confiscated items the Liberty Initiative has come across in their job.

Sublevel Two (Training Level)

The level containing a simulation room and gymnasium.

Sublevel Three (Garage and Medical Wing)

The level that can house five vehicles, the team's injured, and features a small personal spa/sauna. The vehicles exit through a one hundred and forty inclined ramp that comes out near the Citadel Protection building.
