Who Are They?
The Liberty Initiative is one of America's foremost small organizations of costumed superhuman crime fighters. They are convicted to safeguarding the United States from any threat alongside PRIMUS or any which any of them can't handle alone. Founded recently, the Liberty Initative is becoming one of many superhuman teams to be granted semi official government sanctions by the National Security Council of the United States.
The first founding members of the Liberty Initiative first banded together upon assembly by Veronica Roy, President of Roy Enterprises. Given various levels of the Roy Enterprises building in Grosse Ile, Michigan, the team was granted the Lounge of Liberty for housing, mission preparation, training, and relaxation. Anarchy quickly began to draw up the charter and by law for the team to govern their operations and progress.

Anarchy brings not only the tough-as-nails punk attitude to the team, but she is also the leader of the Liberty Initiative. Despite her name, she's a very dedicated patriot to her country and goes to great lengths to ensure the freedom and opportunity it presents to rightfully distributed across it's citizens. Military trained, and a deceitful melee fighter, what she can't accomplish in calculated skill and strength, she will make up for in use of her resources - that includes the team.

Stellar can be considered the 'heart of the team' and a total wildcard at that. While she has the tendency to still play by her own rules, she values the assistance her friends and team can provide. Where Stellar lacks in combat training and experience, she makes up for in a fiery compassion and unrivaled level of charisma. Her ever-developing control of the energy of the stars has made her quite a vital and versatile teammate to have on the field.

Evocation embodies the word 'exotic'. With her flawless blue skin, glowing pink eyes, supernatural beauty, and naturally attuned to sorcery, who could argue? Like others on the team, she is not the most experienced when it comes to being on a team, but she's proven time and time ago that she's willing to not only take blows but dish them back out over her allies. She brings a quirky but refreshing nature to the team as well as magical and empathic talents that are irreplaceable elements on the field.

Hearing the events that were going on Monster Island and with no stationary hero posted there, she immediately moved. She is now known as Jangala, protector of Monster Island.

Silver Avenger Alexis Garcia formerly served in the Air Force of the United States from the age of nineteen. Given her considerable track record in service to her country, a PRIMUS intelligence officer approached her post-discharging from service due to developing arthritis. She was given the Cyberline serum and became a Silver Avenger and now serves PRIMUS as the Liberty Initiative liason.

Who Are They?
- Liberty Initiative Identicard: State-of-the-art tech at its finest. These credit card-sized gadgets act not only as identification for all Liberty Initiative members, but as communicators and tracking devices. Designed and manufactured by Roy Enterprises, the Identicards have proven to be a valuable resource in the field. Each card has a flat-screen monitor to send and receive audio and video data. The Identicard can beep like a pager, communicate like a videophone, and record like a mini-recorder; it also has a virtually global range with satellite uplink. As a tracking device, it can be used to locate a member via his or her card's unique signal. In addition, it can act as a small computer with a numerical access pad. All by itself, this makes it an overpowered calculator, but with appropriate access codes, it can contact Liberty Initiative computers, which can then be operated with voice commands. The cards are waterproof.
