Who Are They?

With the establishment of the triple Industry corporation, Roy Enterprises, there was a desire reached to begin a small official superteam funded through its financial success. President of Roy Enterprises, Veronica Roy, set out in search of people meeting a standard and drawing her attention with a limit of ten members in total in mind. These heroes would be paid, outfitted, and under the jurisdiction of the sanctioned hero, Anarchy of the United States Department of Justice.
