PLEASE READ EVERYTHING IN THE PAGE, INCLUDING THE RELDINBOX, SO AS TO NOT MISS ANY FEATURES ABOUT KINETICA'S BIOGRAPHY!! also, on a lesser but just as important note, the places in the bio where tricks and secrets should not have any reason to be discovered is in normal conditions. i cannot predict every eventuality, and some things may come up to show the secrets, though this will hopefully happen very rarely.

Kinetica is very specific about what nicknames she allows people to call her. allowed nicknames so far are: Kinetica and Kinette. not-allowed nicknames so far are: Kin.
Personality
Kinetica likes to stay positive when she can, can be very kind, and always seeks a non-violent resolution to any problem. however, she's not afraid to get her hands dirty when there's no other option, and will do anything she needs to to protect an innocent, other than harm or kill herself or another innocent in any way that could be permanent or long-lasting. also, in new situations, Kinetica may or may not be nervous, depending on the situation.
Voice
Kinetica's voice is, for lack of a better word, beautiful, tinged with a small but very noticeable British accent of the Estuary English Dialect. ((for those who know Doctor Who, i like to think Kinetica has the voice of Rose Tyler, though no one should be able to match the two voices ICly)) ((for more info on the Estuary English dialect, check out this wikipedia page i found: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estuary_English
noticeable features
regardless of identity, Kinetica always tries to keep a smile on her face. she changes expressions normally, but tries to keep on a smile when she can. when in her superheroine outfit, the blue scar above Kinetica's right eye should make her smile a bit off-putting. she tells everyone the scar was from an accident with her powers when she was younger, and people should have no reason to not believe this.however, the truth is that it's applied with makeup made specifically to make the scar look real. this is a very well kept secret.

Kinetica's top speed is 500MPH. she also has increased durability and endurance, a result from training with her superspeed.

Kinetica is a firm believer in the idea of justice, but also believes that sometimes laws can't cover everything. the latter thinking, however, is only ever enacted when there is absolutely no other choice, as Kinetica also believes everyone deserves a second chance.

Weaknesses
Kinetica can't use her superspeed on a no-friction surface, and is only good in close-range combat, she has no long-range attacks. she can use kinetic energy to create a clap of wind to blow enemies away, but it takes a very large amount of energy. kinetica is also pretty much useless against enemies that can fly.
History
Kineticalias(pronounced Kinet-ih-cal-ee-as)(or, kinetica for short) was originally born Riley Suzanne Thorpe in a small house on the outskirts of a medium-sized village called Lovsett to an upper-middle class family in England. growing up, Riley always knew she wasn't normal, starting with an incident when she was five, when, in a fight with her sister Kaitlyn Rose Thorpe, she cut a small tree clean in half by envisioning a sword in her hand and swinging it outward towards the tree. to her amazement, she actually felt the sword, and ended up cutting the tree down in a single stroke! (it was a newly planted tree, not even six inches around yet, but it was still amazing, as it appeared she had done it with nothing but a thought and thin air) needless to say, Kaitlyn never bothered Riley again, and from that point on did her best not to anger her, or she would've, if Riley's parents hadn't immediately sent her to a private school for the next 12 years, which she spent practicing and refining her powers alongside her studies until age 17, when she graduated from the private school after succeeding in all her exams with very good grades.
instead of going straight home upon graduation, Riley bought a room in an inn on the outskirts of another small village named Nodrow where the owner wouldn't ask questions with money from odd jobs she had done during her time in the private school. she used the inn room as a home while she trained in martial arts in a dojo down the street she had learned of planning places to train her powers during private school. she would train alone with the master there, the better to train with her powers without trouble from the other students. the master, master john, was very understanding of her powers, and taught her a great deal, including several techniques to manipulate kinetic energy, and several more to focus her mind and manipulate the energy into a solid object. as it turned out, the easiest form for her to create was a large sword. one night however, testing various creative forms with the energy (which now glowed a transparent royal blue) she got the idea to use the kinetic energy to boost her physical abilities. she went to a large field outside the village, and started running to get the energy up, then put the energy back into her legs, giving her an inhuman burst of speed! she was going unbelievably fast, then her legs gave out and she fell, breaking her left arm and getting friction burns on several parts of her body. luckily, she had had a cellphone on her just in case, and immediately dialed her emergency number for master john with her unbroken arm. after he carried her back to his dojo, Riley spent the next two months healing her broken arm and the friction burns she had gathered on her body. while she was recovering though, she was also planning. she realized that if she trained her body in small increments, she would be able to withstand the friction and speed easier. she also realized that she needed less friction-creating clothing, as she had been wearing a large sweater and a skirt, having come straight from her inn room to try her idea.
after she finished recovering from her injuries(which took about two months), Riley spent the next six years designing a costume and training and strengthening her body, the costume was easy, it was the training and strengthening of her body to peak condition that took six years. as stated before, the costume was made easily, with the growth of the global amount of superheroes, spandex was easily available. when she finished her training and recovery, Riley first tried out her skills on a long, narrow street in the middle of the village she had been training in. she started her run at the far end of the street, running slow at first to gather energy, then putting the energy into her legs and going faster, faster, faster! she skidded to a halt at the end of the street, and noticed she had run the entire street (about a mile and a half) in about a minute!
just as she was about to run to the dojo to tell master john, she saw a light in the distance, the warm orange glow of a fire, but unsafely large! she immediately sped towards the glow without even thinking, stopping only when she reached it's source. it was a house fire, and the area seemed to be abandoned, until she heard a scream from inside. without thinking(again) Riley ran to the door, created a sword out of kinetic energy, and started cutting her way into the building, until she reached the source of the scream from within the one-story house. there was a lone woman in the room, curled into a ball in the midst of the fire. Riley did a small trick she had been working on for emergencies, she put all her kinetic energy into her hands and clapped hard as she could, blowing out the kitchen fire in one move. she grabbed the woman by her arm and suddenly pulled her out of the house at her fastest speed that wouldn't hurt the woman, finding a crowd when she reached the front yard. as soon as Riley let go of the woman's arm, the crowd erupted in cheers, praising Riley as a hero. when one person asked for her name, Riley panicked and froze for a second. on the spot she came up with a name and a nickname, drawn from the origins of her powers. "Kineticalias, or Kinetica for short." she said. then she drew the last of her kinetic energy from herself into her legs, and ran away from the crowd at superhuman speed, stopping only when she ran around a dozen corners to reach master john's dojo. upon getting inside, she told master john what happened in a rush, stopping only once she finished. upon finishing, master john said seven words, which were: "I was afraid this might happen." when asked to explain, master john told her that she had become a superhero. news of her would spread very far way faster than she could run. her only choices were to go into hiding, or embrace it. Riley thought about it, and said: "I'd rather make a difference than hide."
so, master john made arrangements the next day for her to take a plane from England to Millennium City, in the United States of America. Riley was twenty-three when she left Great Britain, the goodbye was short, small and sweet, her family having long since forgotten about her. the only person to say goodbye was master john. he wished Riley luck and told her to always keep her chin up, then gave her a small box containing a paint sponge shaped like a line and fitted to a human face, and a few vials of royal blue waterproof face paint. there was also a brush coated in white and blue strands of hair dye, along with several vials of blue and white hair dye. to explain he said: "you need a disguise, something to hide your true identity. cover the brush with the hair dyes in the proper order, and put the blue face paint on the sponge. brush the dye through your hair and push the sponge against your right eye. this will give you a disguise to match your costume. there's also two special soaps in there to get the colors out of your skin and hair. they're labeled accordingly." Riley thanked him for everything and got on the plane, heading towards her new life in millennium city.

Normal Supersuit
Kinetica's first Supersuit. made from spandex made to withstand Kinetica's top speed of 500Miles Per Hour. the belt holds a large cache of energy pills for emergencies, plus a button on the front most buckle that allows Kinetica to change between her Civilian and Basic Super suits near-instantaneously. (it should also be mentioned the blue scar on her right eye and the blue and white colors in her hair are a result of a special set of dyes applied to a special hairbrush and face sponge, though that is just as top secret (if not more) as her secret identity ICly.
Cold Suit
Kinetica's cold suit is made from a prototype material made to have the resistance to energy, high speeds, and high friction of spandex,but the warmth of some of the warmest materials on earth, designed especially for cold missions. the suit was the second of the two finished suits designed to work with Kinetica's powers by the R&D department she runs that focuses on Kinetic energy and the manipulation thereof.
Envirosuit
Kinetica's Envirosuit is made for extreme biomes including space and places of extreme heat and extreme cold that the cold suit can't handle. it is the first of the two finished suits designed to work with Kinetica's powers by the R&D department she runs that focuses on Kinetic energy and the manipulation thereof.
Civi Suit
Kinetica(or in this outfit, Riley Suzanne Thorpe, though them being the same person is completely top secret ICly)'s Civilian suit is made of a special spandex material made to look like cloth under all scrutiny but that of a microscope but made to have enough resistance to withstand heat and friction resulting from speeds up to 500Miles Per Hour.
