Kenta Rapturna is a small, alien technological expert from what is assumed another galaxy. She was stranded on Earth, or this version of Earth, from an accident involving illicit unstable wormhole technology. While insatiably curious and stubborn, she works with UNTIL out of a feeling of obligation for their help, and out of want to make a difference.

Appearance
Like all anotions, Kenta is small and skinny. Her skin is a light purple with curved, dark purple markings, and her hair is scruffy and is short-medium length. Her eyes are silver and are reflective. She has three fingers and thumb on each hand, and four diamond-shaped toes on each digigrade foot.
She usually wears a simple tan tank top and jeans, with boots tailored to her species and her two digistruct modules strapped to her thighs. She also has a pair of insulated, 3-fingered mechanic's gloves that help protect her from sparks and hot surfaces, and the claw like tips help pry loose tight panels.
Personality
Kenta is jumpy and twitchy, not uncommon for her race. She may seem excitable and plucky at first, but she is not naive, and is in fact rather intuitive. She is ambitious and optimistic about her future, and she definitely wants to make a difference. While she is quiet and perceptive, she is not afraid to bite back if someone tries to aggravate her, if she cannot leave quietly. She also loves adventure.
History
The galaxy she comes from is known as Cerberi by the known races. It apparently has another version of Earth identical to this one, but further in the future, and has come in contact to several alien races, her race one of them.
Childhood
She was born in Dintená, a moderately wealthy and large country on her planet, to a wealthy family. She was brilliant with computers, it seemed to come to her naturally, even from a young age. Tenebas, the city she lived in, seemed perfect, bright, and full of opportunity, apart from the planet's capital, it was a testament to the Anotion's ingenuity.
The Fall Of Anotis
She was 20 when the Zxarkon fleet razed Anotis. Her city was not spared. She was asleep when the attack began, at night, missiles pelting the city. On the first blast she was awakened, and she ran to the window. Seeing the city ablaze, she called for her parents. They gathered whatever they could bring and tried to leave. Unfortunately, one of the bombs hit their building, and it collapsed, with them still inside. Kenta was knocked unconscious and injured, her leg sprained, but when she awoke, her mother was dead and her father mortally wounded. She cried her goodbyes to him, and stayed with him until he died. After a while, she collected their things and climbed out of the wreckage. She was lucky, the fleet's raid ending with the destruction of the tallest building crashing on the city.
Refugee
She was one of millions to leave the planet in search of a new home. She traveled to Terran territory, finding a colony planet called Aket. It was a dirty border planet, filled with war refugees. She found a place to live there near a garage, where she learned mechanics and worked there, getting enough money to live on. One day, the owner brought some piece of equipment in and told her to leave it alone. Her curiosity soon got the better of her and she began poking around inside it one night. After it blasted her to this galaxy, she suspects it was most likely illicit and unstable wormhole technology.
Now
Her arrival was picked up by UNTIL scanners, and a team was sent there to investigate. After they found she was friendly and confused, they helped her get acquainted with her new surroundings, and also tell them about her galaxy. She now works with them in an effort to make difference and most likely fiddle with more technology.

Biology
Average Height: 5'7" ft. Average Weight: 115 lbs. Hair: Ranges from dark grey to black. Elders may get white hair. Eyes: Glowing Silver\Gold. Elders turn dull dark purple. Skin: Light Purple Arms: Two, with three fingers and thumb. Legs: Two, digigrade with four diamond-shaped toes.
Aging: Infant: 0-4 Child: 5-11 Adolescent: 12-18 Adult: 19-55 Elder: 60+
Strengths
In comparison with other races, Anotions have extremely heightened senses. They can see well in the dark, hear the smallest whispers and can feel slight vibrations. This makes them well suited to many jobs requiring subtlety and persuasion, be it legal or otherwise.
As they appreciate subtlety, they often spot details others have missed, making them excellent computer experts or mechanics.
Weaknesses
The downside to their developed senses is that many cannot stand crowds and loud noises. Sensory overload can give them claustrophobia, and sometimes really bad panic attacks. Loud and high-pitched noises often make them hold their ears shut. They also abhor being touched, whether friendly or not, and are very picky when they decide who can and can't touch them. Rarely, this circle may even exclude family.
Spirituality
Theology: Pantheon
Before a certain level of technology was achieved, the anotions believed in a line of gods, each prefering one or two gods over the others. After they became technologically advanced, these gods became more ideals than anything else, and some try to live up to their Lord\Lady's standards.
Language
The anotion language, officially named Common Anotion, is spoken very clearly and every letter is enunciated upon, much like an upper-class english accent. Anotions don't speak much, so most of their sentences are short, if they must speak at all, but given the chance they tend to spill their thoughts into long paragraphs. They do use contractions in their speech, but not much.
They usually speak in subtle tones, hinting at their current mood. They are not afraid to speak their mind however, and they will raise their voice if angered.
A common expression is: "Lords and Ladies!"
Technology
Stage: Interplanetery
Anotion technology is some of the most advanced in the known territories, and while it is expensive, highly sought after. Unfortunately it is hard to modify anotion tech as while the actual finished products are stronger than most to resist dropping damage, the insides are small and easy to break through force.
Their area of expertise are computers, computer components and software. They always seem to make the best hardware with the smallest pieces and the highest quality, and nearly all anotion software, whether it be games or utility programs, they are always "bigger on the inside".
Politics

While anotion government is a monarchy and looks strict, it is more based on common sense than anything else, and there is nothing stopping the upper-class from mingling with the middle-class.
Rule is governed by the phrase: "A government serves its people." and if a monarch's rule is deemed to strict, a vote is called where the citizens decide whether it is fair or not. If it is found that it is not fair, the monarch must abdicate the throne and leave it to the next heir.
The anotions actually had a large empire before the other races started to rebel. While some bits and pieces of other territores officially belong to Anotis, the anotion territory shrunk dramatically, making it one of the smallest territories in the sector.
As the Zxarkon\Terran war erupted, a large group of Anotion rebels sprung up, believing the monarchy corrupt. They opened gates on the Zxarkon\Terran border, allowing the Zxarkon to perform spy missions as well as another pathway to Earth. After the Zxarkon believed the rebel group outlived their usefulness, they attacked and nearly razed all of Anotis for the colonies they made in Zxarkon territory just as the Zxarkon began to explore.
The outcast anotions returned to Anotis, where the king decided to banish them to a huge asteroid field in the southern part of the territory. A border was made, and it was efffectively a new territory.
