The Story

Raised on the streets, Mitch McHale always did very well in school. During Mitch’s senior year of High School, he was offered a scholarship to M.I.T. That same year, Mitch had met John "Mekka" DeSantés, who had heard about his intellectual prowess from the schools shop teacher. Hired legitimately through “Mekka’s auto shop”, Mitch learned a lot from Mekka, who was a very well known auto-mechanic. His auto shop was very well known in the City of Motors, but no one knew he ran an underground crime syndicate. he took Mitch under his wing, and Mitch got sucked into the underground crime scene. Mekka used Mitch to tear down cars, as well as hack into PC systems to get information that he wanted. Mitch grew admiration for Mekka, as well as a large fear for what he was capable of. Mitch tried many times to leave, but Mekka always threatened him and his family if he ever did.

During the beginning of the War of Detroit, Mekka turned into a crazed lunatic. Mekka had joined sides with Dr. Destroyer not long before he started developing the Mega Destroids, and forced Mitch to work with him. Dr. D had promised Mekka the streets, that he would make a lot of money by helping him. Mitch was forced to design the Destroids along side Dr. D, as well as their tachyon power cores which Mitch had designed himself through research. After the Destroids were launched on the city, Mitch fled. His father was in PRIMUS and was killed in the battle. With no place to go, and unable to call home, Mitch headed to Massachusetts to see what his chances at M.I.T. were. He had hacked every major database in the government, and changed his information. Mitch De Laurentiis no longer existed on paper, but Mitch McHale did. He was unknown to the entire world, a new man. The counselors accepted him, only if he passed their aptitude test. To their surprise, he passed with a 100%. This was a test that even instructors had a hard time with, and many throughout his school career would be jealous of Mitch.

M.I.T. accepted him in, and Mitch learned a lot in the world of engineering, physics, and science. He became one of the worlds leading scientists for mechanical/reverse engineering, theoretical engineering, and applied physics, having his masters in all three from M.I.T. Taken into Harmon Industries by James Harmon IV personally, his mind very valuable to the business, Mitch spent his time working on odd pieces of mechanical suits for James. Many of which Mitch could only speculate as to what for. He also worked on many questionable projects involving Qlippothic radiation, and sapping/stealing said energy. He also met his wife, Kenzie Vartanian through Harmon. She was the head of his R&D Department, and his boss. They became close through their work, and married after a time.

The Tragedy

His wife and mother were very graphically murdered... For the full story please read here: http://cii.guildlaunch.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5460644&gid=131422

Donning of the Armor

Mitch immediately went back to work, and didn’t leave his lab for a month. He took the designs he had been working on for Mr. Harmon, and designed his own suit of armor. He went into James Harmon’s office, and handed him his letter of resignation. The next day, a new hero was seen on the streets, calling himself “Iron Warden”.

UNTIL AoJ.jpg

Iron Warden, now known throughout the world as the Arbiter of Justice for the fair city of Millennium. Not quite as high profile as Defender, due to his more reserved style of heroing, however he's known for being a lot more reliable in his tasks. He's now a head Officer of 'The Arbiters of Justice', an UNTIL team sponsored by Cross Industries. Mitch McHale, whom is Iron Warden's true identity, closely guards his identity. Not many people know who he truly is. He himself, is the CEO of Cross Industries, as well as the Head of the Science division, running their Lab's. Worth well over 2.7 Billion Dollars, he's also considered one of the worlds wealthiest men. An oddity for anyone who knows him, as he comes across as just another schmo.

Spoiler Warning
The following details are about a player-created storyline, or is information currently unrevealed about a character.
Please do not use this information ICly unless given permission to do so.

-After he donned his armor, Mitch disappeared off the grid. No one knew where he went, if he was alive or dead, or if he even existed any longer. Once Frank, from Cross Industries hired him, He appeared back on the grid. Lately, Harmon himself discovered Mitch's whereabouts, and has been sending assassins to kill him, due to Mitch's knowledge of "Secrets".

-Some have learned Mitch was once married to Kenzie McHale: and she was also murdered by Mekka.

-Due to his years of docility, and the inability to really have a child hood, he acts very young and sometimes immature. Mitch is, infact, neither. He will do everything in his power to seem stupid, or dumb. He doesn't want to be the typical science extrovert, so he's willing to act silly to make people around him more comfortable.

-He recently revealed that he has a Photographic memory. Those who've dug deep enough to find out about his wife, can possibly piece together that he has /very vivid/ images of the aftermath in his mind, and he can't do anything about them.

- After finally going to prison, Mitch was faced against his presumed captured Nemesis Mekka. He never made it to prison, as he was kidnapped by Argent along the way. He only then found out Mekka wasn't his true nemesis: his long, thought to be dead, brother was. His Brother is now a high agent within Argent, and killed Mekka as Mitch watched, trying to do the same deed himself. His brother explained the situation, and then turned his high-calibur pistols on Mitch. Mitch died, technically, but was saved by forces unseen.

- Mitch had the recording from Mekka's admittance to his crimes, expunging Mitch of any faults. He was working with Agent Mauve, the man who originally was trying to take him in, to clear his name. He was to meet him at the UNITY building. Along the way, Mitch was shot in the head form an unseen sniper. After a distress signal from LOUIE, Roulette immediately appeared, and injected him with repair nanites he had 'borrowed' from some lab. Mitch awoke, repaired, but his memory cortex was hit and now can't remember anything.

- After regaining his memory, Mitch has determined that his own Brother, Brian De Laurentiis, whom he thought was killed in the wars. Brian, the leader of ARGENT's Special Operations, has a master plan that involves Mitch somehow. He had let Mitch go, but no one is quite sure why he freely let him return. Time will only tell - and Mitch shall do everything he can to lure him out, to put him to justice.

- Here is his kidnapping/rescue written, and some past dreams mixed in.
