Elementalix is a hero currently operating in situations where his talents in energy projection would come in handy.
Contents
History
Elementalix is not of this Earth, this Galaxy, this Universe. He is a multidimensional alien from an undocumented dimension that, so far, has not been hostile to ours. Obligatory interviews note that Elementalix is here to document everything this combination of dimension and planet has to garnish the multidimensional library of Parnas. Whether or not this is his home planet is undocumented.
He was brought up with the Australian Foster Care system, and followed what was essentially a very normal life, other than bouts of letting his powers show just to make sure he still had them. This is what prompted UNTIL to interfere and investigate the alien. He was very forthcoming with information, just that due to the way his race shapeshifts, he could not contact them as a baby since his ability to talk would be unlocked at an average age. Even so, we surmise that he kept all of his cognitive faculties even through his human "baby" phase.
After completing high school, he was smitten with the idea of being a superhero and being a first-hand witness to what he called "the greatness of Earth in this dimension". Since then, he has interfered mostly in minor incidents.
Description
Here are the physical, psychological and power descriptions of Elementalix
Physical
Physically, he is exactly like us. Humanoid, though well-built and toned. Other than his eyes, there are no real hints of his alien origin. Even regular medical scanners will be fooled. Fortunately, his physiology allows him to recover from grievous wounds provided he does not exert himself, but he will not be able to use this ability to change shape. It seems that this race of shapeshifters has the most basic form of shapeshifting : They can change shape, but only twice. When they enter another dimension and land on a planet, to facilitate integration into the planet's society if they have one, and when they return, to interact with their technology and pass on their innate body memory before either retiring or dying.
Psychological
Due to the nature of his species and how much they rely on planetary deception (though never maliciously or so we believe - Elementalix has been forthcoming with enough information about these matters that has so far checked out), his mental defenses are nigh-impenetrable. Manipulation can still occur, but he is much more susceptible to social manipulation than direct, brute force attacks on his psyche, in addition to his thought patterns not being the same as a regular human's or even a creature of this dimension.
He is relatively well adjusted, perhaps even too much so. Barely anything fazes him, which makes him an exceptional leader in crisis situations. He has also shown willingness to place civilian safety over personal glory on numerous occasions.
Powers
Elementalix has powers. Lots of them.
Mainly, energy projection that can be themed to convenience. Pure force, fire, ice and lightning are at his fingertips, and he makes use of them fairly often, even going as far as to surf the air on an ice surfboard. It is rumored that if an opponent is sufficiently strong to withstand his elemental onslaught, he has another trick up his sleeve, but so far he has not needed to resort to it.
His energy projection also includes limited forcefields, and he is able to place them surrounding others or himself.
