History
Early Life
Eagle Eye, known by her friends as Lisa, was born into a wealthy, southern Boston family. From an early age, she was pampered, cared for, and generally a spoiled rich kid. Her father, an olympic-level archer, insisted that she take up the family trade. At the age of five, she had begun to win metals for archery contests, and at age sixteen, she became an Olympic competitor. While she did not place in any event, she had been exposed to the masses as a charismatic and beautiful young lady.
London
A prestigious school outside of London had offerd Lisa a scholarship to come study there and compete on thier archery team. Eager to move away from home, Lisa accepted and began her four year study abroad. While in England, she developed some of her main attributes, such as her tolerance for alcohol and her trademark accent, as well as her love for modeling. After she graduated sigma cum laude, she took up a modeling career in London.
Heroing
Idolising heroes her entire life, Eagle Eye began her heroing practices in London, running around the rooftops at night, doing what she could to help out the people. She had the perfect gig going: Fashion model by day, and dark vigilante by night. She thought it was cliched, but traditional, and it worked for her. Donning tight leather, a scarf, and some dark glasses, Lisa was feared by the criminal underworld...until they caught her. She barely escaped with her life, and decided to move to the former Detroit, Millenium City. Soon after she arrived, the Qularr did as well...
Abilities & Weaknesses
Abilites
Eagle Eye is a world-class archer, and as such, rarely misses when she sets her sights on someone. She has a variety of arrows she carries with her that were given to her by the Champions after the Invasion ended. Arrows included simulate sonic blasts, generate an eletrical pulse, or explode on impact. She also carries around small explosive devices and a few throwing knives, just in case. The glasses she wears are technilogical marvels, allowing her to zoom in on her targets and track thier vitality and keep constant tabs on them. She was also given a belt from Dr. Silverback that allows her to fly, as well as a serum that heals her wounds almost instantly.
Weaknesses
In her vigilante days, Lisa was vulnerable to nearly everything thrown her way. Because of that, she learned how to avoid attacks and take her enemies out before they could do the same to her. Nowadays, her regenerative serum helps her survive most encounters, but she has a few materials weaknesses, such as alcohol or a nice skirt, that can render her defenseless. For a few moments, anyhow. Massive punches, mental attacks, burns, and some toxins are other things known to weaken her.
Acquaintances
Since she can be found at Club Caprice nearly every night, Eagle Eye has made a lot of friends and acquaintances.
Mr. Hex
A very flirty night led to them sharing a very akward moment on the dance floor. Mr. Hex has yet to be seen again. Lisa puts up a tough facade, but secretly hopes to run into him again.
Lisa considers Zion, formerly Mercy, her best superheroine friend, and as such, can be overprotective of her. Eagle Eye will side with Zion in almost any situation, and the two can often be found talking at the bar.
Jake Cross
When asked once if he found Lisa attractive, Jake responded by saying that she scared him, but he appreciates the fact that she flies around in a miniskirt. That attitude pretty much sums up thier relationship: She playfully flirts and he struggles to stick to his monk-like morals.
Lisa first met Blue in a debate about Mercy's age and drinking. She proved herself to him as an upcoming hero with her tenacity and refusal to back down from her standpoint. Blue will occasionally invite Eagle Eye out to patrol Millenium City, and thier relationship remains as good heroing friends.
Enemies
Recently, Eagle Eye ran into an old classmate now known as The Gadgeteer.
