Story
She was some random Mexican girl whom sudden gain an evil curse. When her powers are activated the eyes turn black and she turns to dead skeletons. People in her range begin to die from random causes. This is actually done by invisible demon that she summon.
Her powers was simply to uncontrollable so Rave had to kill her. But her soul remind trapped him, where he sees her in the lost dimension. Sort of a reoccurring psychedelic spirit like Brandon Flowers. He is not sure if she's haunting him but he is nonchalant about all the evil things he's seen.
