Blake Lawson was a regular citizen in Millenium City, studying Mechanical Engineering at Millenium City University by day and working as delivery guy for Darren's Pizza by night, to cover his expenses. Life was boring and uninteresting, but that was about to change. One night, during an apparently regular delivery, Blake was surprised by a a mysterious figure, suddenly flipping his motorcycle and rendering him unconscious. Hours later, he woke up inside a dark room, tied to a table. Minutes later, a man enters the room, breaking the ghoulish silence. He has a syringe in one of his hands.

Darren's Pizza.

The man introduces himself as Fenris, the crazy biologist obsessed with the werewolf legend. He says the syringe contains the newest version of his serum, mixed with tissue samples of Black Fang and an extra component to refrain his bestial side. Fenris wants a test subject to see if the new serum actually works, revealing that he has been watching Blake for months, saying he has the ideal genetic factors to survive the transformation process. The syringe approaches Blake's arm.

Desperately helpless, Blake couldn't do nothing but watch the needle entering his veins. The process started right away. He begins to struggle in agony, the blood boiling inside of him. On a sudden rush of adrenaline, Blake breaks the moorings and knock Fenris out with an unexpected strike! But the adrenaline quickly fades, and now it's Blake who's knocked out inside an alley.

The next day, Blake wakes up inside a dumpster, which probably kept Fenris from tracking his scent. Back home, and after taking a deep breath, Blake begins to notice the serum effects: now he feels stronger, faster, with much more accurate senses. His stamina is also higher now. He doesn't feel tired, even after all he's been through the last night. Surprisingly, the wounds from the accident were also fully healed. Also, his nails are sharp as knives.

Realizing his life would never be the same, Blake decided to track Fenris and stop his experiments, so that no one would ever be subjected to what he was. But first, he needed to train, become a tougher fighter, because he knew unexpected strikes wouldn't work with Fenris, not again. In order to protect his identity, he created an alter ego to fight crime, the ferocious Coyote!

Blake is a good humored person, without socialization problems. He has a strong sense of morality and ethics, always willing to help others. After the serum, he sometimes becomes a bit grouch, probably something related to the moon phases.

After being injected with the serum, Blake now has enhanced strength, speed, senses, and durability. The lycanthrope DNA also gave him feral claws and a healing factor. For equipment, he managed to craft a homemade grappling device to reach high locations.

• The enhanced hearing makes Blake sensitive to high frequency sounds.
• Extremely allergic to Wolfsbane, thanks to the lycanthrope DNA.
• His reasoning skills are impaired during the full moon.
