History

The first Condor appeared in Santiago in 1939, considered an urban myth at first and then a vigilante, his recognition and status grew however, when he decided to join the fight against the Axis. There are reports of Condor working together with the Freedom Batallion on a few occasions.

Condor semi retired in the mid 50’s but returned to active duty in the middle of the 60’s, finally dying during the Military Coup that overthrew President Salvador Allende. Condor tried to reach La Moneda Palace to save the President, but was overwhelmed by soldiers and finally gun down a few blocks away. Pinochet’s regime declared Condor a communist and a traitor, and to add insult to his memory, they appointed a FACH (Chilean Air Force) officer as a new Condor, a hero for the Military Government, who was involved in the disappearance and execution of many dissidents. This second version of Condor used an Armor suit that let him fly and was later known as “Condor Oscuro”.

A young man filled the role of a third Condor from 2005 to 2009, when he vanished. The villainess "Hawker Hunter" claimed that she had ended Condor's life, and all seems to indicate that the young hero was K.I.A.

It was late 2010 when a new Condor appeared, this time a woman, donning a costume that was a female version of the previous Condor. Surprising many people she seems quite knowleadgble of the superhuman world and tactics. Her fighting style is more violent than the previous heroic incarnations, but everyone agrees her heart is in the right place, always putting the security of civilians above any other concern.
