Overview

The programming is aimed for the 7 to 14 year old range, though some of the shows are quite popular with the 18 to 24 year old demographic. Content runs the gamut of live action shows and cartoon series, with the occasional made for TV movie, televised specials such as the Super Kids Choice Awards, and live broadcasts of concerts and events. The vast majority of SKN's programming is about super heroes, whether it is a learning program featuring child super heroes (for example, Super Why), showcasing the silly antics of super heroes (for example, Teen Titans Go!), or your more traditional super hero show (for example, Young Justice). Concerts given by heroes such as Sapphire also are aired on occasion.
Current Programming
- Ultra-Gal: A live-action series featuring the exploits of Babs Simone aka Ultra-Gal. The show is set to air its 5th and final season in August 2014.
