During the Height of their conflict with Omega Lord, Captain Canada's powers would begin fluctuating, becoming stronger or weaker at an unpredictable level everyday, during this time, Captain Canada would meet the more veteran Canadian Hero and future Sparring partner, Thundrax. During this time, Captain Canada and Thundrax would spar quite often, almost always resulting in Captain Canada's defeat. although this gradually helped Captain Canada learn how to Control his powers and he became stronger and tougher with each passing day. However with every benevolent revelation, so must a malevolent one occur. This would come in the form of a final Confrontation between the Team and Omega Lord. On an artificially created island between Canada and the North Pole, the team would find their Nemesis' Lair, not realizing that this was indeed what was intended. The Team fought through Omega Lords armies of Loyal Henchmen and Hired Mercenaries, until they Confronted Omega Lord himself. In a battle that would last only 10 minutes, Omega Lord would reduce a once powerful team. In the beginning moments of the Fight Omega Lord wasted no time on dialogue, he rose from his throne and fired a missile at the team, which was easily caught and safely exploded within Urban Guy's hands. The Red Button had decided to attack Omega Lord, unfortunately, due to an energy field within his Throne room, specifically designed with Red Button in mind, the attack Backfired and Killed The Red Button Instantly.

I'nori was enraged by this and assaulted Omega Lord, backed by a combined Speed Blitz by Captain Canada and Urban Guy, while Hive attempted to Hack Omega Lords Robots and Cyborgs to turn them against him. However the Trio's assault on Omega Lord, though it did cause damage, also gave him a new weapon. As I'nori had assaulted him with her Celestial Energies, he had managed to absorb this and transform it to it's Polar Opposite, and turned it against the team, Killing I'nori quickly, while wounding Urban Guy, and Knocking out Captain Canada. Captain Canada awoke moments later to see Hive barely holding out against Omega Lord, using all of his gadgets to defend and stay alive. Captain Canada, despite feeling like a nuclear warhead exploded in his head, managed to rise to his feet and help Hive, joined moments later by a wounded Urban Guy. Unfortunately, Omega Lord felt the weakness from the wounded Urban Guy, and focused his attack on him, killing him within seconds. He however decided he did not wish to waste anymore time with Captain Canada and Hive, as he summoned his force of robots and Cyborgs, knowing that the battle had taken too much out of them to fight his Mechanical Army, they retrieved their fallen comrades and fled.

Captain Canada has largely kept his views to himself, often replying to reporters (whenever they actually get a moment to talk to him) that "I'm here to protect the innocent people of this world, not give my opinion on how things should be done". However, unknown to many, his views are one of his critical reasons for fighting Villains (Aside from the fact that Omega Lord killed 60% of his former team). How does this work? Well Captain Canada believes in Total World Reform, however all the Super-Villains who wish to do this, merely want to use a corrupted version and reign as Warlords or Emperors. Captain Canada however wishes to make the world a Utopia without a Warlord or Emperor, but instead a 'Keeper of the Peace'. These views are what make Captain Canada and world dominating Super-Villains natural enemies.

History

Background

Jason Greene was born on January 12th, 1987 in Ontario, Canada. He was the Second Oldest of four super powered siblings, who never knew their parents, being put up for adoption while still very young, only the oldest, Susan, has even a feint memory of their parents. It was rarely easy or pleasant, his oldest sister, and younger brother were natural rivals, creating constant division within the four children. The rivalry escalated even further as each of their powers began to surface, his oldest sister becoming adept at Telepathy, Telekinesis and Control over Gravity. And his brother reaching a seemingly unparalleled level of Intelligence, becoming an inventive, strategic and tactical Super-Genius. This Officially split the family as their confrontations began becoming extremely violent. They parted ways, his Brother would dub himself the Omega Lord, and his older sister would dub herself Control Freak.

Of course Jason's powers had surfaced as well, but instead of following a path to Super-Villainy, he decided at the young age of 13, to become a SuperHERO, and dubbed himself, Captain Canada, out of an immense patriotic sense for his country, and the alliteration didn't hurt either. And so Captain Canada was born! He began stopping petty crimes all over Canada, and in New York. although he wouldn't receive any real recognition until the second Qularr invasion for these deeds.

The Spotlight

Captain Canada though he had been doing heroic work for many years before, didn't get any formal recognition for his acts, until the Second Qularr Invasion, he left Canada as an unknown hero, but would Return after the Invasion to his Homeland with a Celebrity status. Though Canada was not heavily impacted by the invasion, it didn't ignore what was happening to its southern neighbor and watched the invasion, holding its breath for every moment, but were surprised to say the least as the dust settled and a Champion from Canada stood tall, making progress in pushing the invaders back, where the Champions had only been able to remain on damage control.

After the Invasion

Moments after the Invasion Captain Canada had headed back to Canada to help with a mystical unrest that had been caused by the awakening of the Demon god Kigatilik but was interrupted as he noticed a Qularr ship trailing him, he chased it briefly until he discovered it was a trap, luring him into space, he was Captured by a second Mothership, along with many other heroes of the Qularr Invasion, they were transported far away, but were rescued by a group claiming to be an intergalactic police Corps, who had been called by one of the Qularr's own, one who would call himself Hive and become one of Captain Canada's greatest Allies. Hive, Captain Canada, and Urban Guy (another prisoner, a humanoid alien who had been sent to earth as a baby, and raised in New York), would travel intergalactically for the next two years performing acts of Superheroics across the Universe, gathering much renown across it.

Back on Earth and Conflict with the Omega

After two years, the Trio had been alerted of a growing threat on Earth calling itself Omega Lord. They ventured back and were almost immediately greeted by a duo who had been attempting to slow Omega Lords plans and destroy his organization, these two were the Super Soldier Energy Projector 'The Red Button' and the Celestial Wolf 'I'nari'. Together the five would work hard in preventing the Omega Lords plans, and greeted this new threat with many defeats. However it became increasingly difficult with each victory, each plan seeming less directed towards world domination and more towards destroying the team.

A Mentor and Memorials

As I'nori had assaulted him with her Celestial Energies, he had managed to absorb this and transform it to it's Polar Opposite, and turned it against the team, Killing I'nari quickly, while wounding Urban Guy, and Knocking out Captain Canada.

The Memorial of The Red Button, I'nori and Urban Guy was held a week later on the outskirts of Millennium City, Officially dubbed the Alpha Vanguards Memorial Park. Since then, Hive has widely withdrawn from Public eye, while Captain Canada, along with his new power levels continue to pursue The Omega Lord.

Powers

Superhuman Strength

Captain Canada is one of, if not the Strongest Meta-human on Earth, he is able to lift more than TWO Powerhouse Titanic Weights at a time with his base strength (Which according to Powerhouse trainers, ONE Titanic weight is equal to 'a loaded jet liner' and a Boeing 747-8 jet liner at maximum take off weight would be 987,000lb or 493.5 tons). What makes his strength slightly more impressive is his smaller stature when compared to most others of his Strength Caliber.

Captain Canada demonstrating less than half of his base strength lifting one Titanic Weight

Superhuman Speed and Flight

Captain Canada is able to hit Lightspeeds, though he doesn't hit such speeds as he fears it would cause damage to nearby infrastructure or harm to bystanders, especially when running, as his run speed is a direct result of his strength.

Invulnerability

Captain Canada's Invulnerability makes his skin and bones nearly impervious to damage from all forms of physical damages, though this does not prevent him from being stunned or knocked out (which is a hole other daunting task), he will most likely remain intact no matter what the source of damage is.

Superhuman Senses

Captain Canada's five senses gather almost every shred of detail, although he may turn his senses down if this becomes a problem or potential hazard, in addition to detail, his sight, hearing and smell can also pick things up at ridiculous ranges.

Unlimited Endurance

Captain Canada does not Tire, he can remain fighting without the slightest hint of exhaust through out the fight, whether it's Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months or Years. In the event that he is knocked out he will awake perfectly energized, though possibly disoriented.

Longevity

Captain Canada does have a seeming type of Immortality, as he is unable to age past his physical prime of 25, though he can be killed, it will not be his age that kills him.

Healing Factor

Although it is rare for Captain Canada to be injured, he does have a healing factor which he's needed a few time, it allows him to heal from non instantly fatal injuries within seconds to minutes, depending on the extent of the damage.

Energy Shielding

Captain Canada can create Energy Shields that surround his body to both stack and help out his invulnerability, along with a unique healing energy, that allows him to turn harmful energies into healing ones for brief periods of time

Temporary Augmentation

Captain Canada can Temporarily Increase his already ridiculous strength, durability and invulnerability levels with his anger, or aggressive feelings, this augmentation allows him to add 53 tons onto his base levels of strength for a very temporary amount of time.

Hinderances

Hand to Hand Only

Captain Canada does not have ANY ranged abilities, this sometimes puts him at a disadvantage when fighting opponents who are sufficiently agile or fast and who can put out high damage at a range.

Brawler

Although Captain Canada is a skilled fighter from experience, he often limits himself and relies on using his Strength, Durability and Stamina to out brawl his opponents, this creates a bit of a problem for himself against opponents who are more skilled in Martial Arts.

Feats

(Taken from earned ingame Vanquished Badges)

Cosmic duels

Grond

While in the Southwest Desert, Captain Canada accidentally flew in the area of Gronds rampaging, after being attacked by the giant irradiate, the two Brawled it out, in an intense brawl that involved them knocking eachother around the desert several times, until it was finished near Stronghold Prison, where Captain Canada stood over an unconscious Grond.
Captain Canada causing Grond to stagger backwards with a punch to the face

Necrull

After hearing about the Necromancer Necrull's increased activity, Captain Canada put all of his efforts into finding his lair, upon doing so, Captain Canada fought his way through Necrull's forces until he found the Necromancer himself. After a duel which left Captain Canada no signs of injury, he dragged Necrull back to Steelhead...where he escaped mere days after and went back to his schemes.

Kigatilik

Captain Canada's one on one throw down with the demon-god Kigatilik was an event that shook the area of Canada's Northern Wilderness. A duel that would see the two of them locked in constant fighting for a month (or so it felt in-game), unfortunately, even though Captain Canada had managed to knock the demon-god and his dogs out, he had come unequipped to imprison them, and so Kigatilik still remains in Canada, with a bruised ego and a hatred of the Captain.

Allies

Current Allies

Hive

Hive is a Qularr Super Soldier who betrayed the Qularr and helped Captain Canada and Urban Guy escape from Qularr Captivity

Thundrax

Thundrax is a more veteran Canadian Superhero and Occasional Sparring Partner of Captain Canada, although he has never formally mentored Captain Canada, he is viewed as a mentor and friend by Captain Canada, who often lists Thundrax as one of his inspiring sources.

Samson

Was a university professor who found a way to unlock his own Mutant Genes, granting himself 100 ton strength and near immunity to physical harm. He has aided Captain Canada on enough occasions to be considered an ally.

Tank

Tank is a dimensional guardian who was sent by Celestial lords to guard earth, there is no known ways of causing meaningful Harm to 'Tank'. Although he and Captain Canada did not start on the right foot when Tank first came to earth, engaging in combat regularly, the two have since put their differences aside and teamed up on multiple occasions, to deal with threats such as Therakiel and his Minions.

Lady Canuck

Captain Canada's younger sister Carole, who is faster than Captain Canada and a better Martial artist, but with only half of his strength and durability. She was mentored by her older brother since she discovered her powers and he has made sure she does not stray from the heroic path.

Past Allies

The Red Button

A mutant who could generate heat blasts comparable to a close proximity nuclear explosion, he and Captain Canada lead a team to take down The Omega Lord, unfortunately he was Killed in the teams First and Last Face to Face confrontation against Omega Lord.

I'nari

A Celestial Wolf from dimensions unknown, she had the ability to heal others from almost any injury and project damaging celestial energy attacks, She was also part of the team to take down Omega Lord, and died along side The Red Button.

Urban Guy

An Alien from parts unknown who was sent to Earth as a baby, and raised in the streets of New York. He was part of Hive and Captain Canada's trio that toured the universe fighting crime, and later part of the team formed to take down Omega Lord, he was reported dead after the Confrontation, though Hive claims he is still barely alive and tends to him.

Enemies

Omega Lord

Omega Lord is Captain Canada's younger brother Erik, though this is unknown to Captain Canada. Omega Lord has a mind rivaling if not Equal to that of Dr. Destroyer's and dons a Black and Gold power Armor. He is low Superhuman in Physical stats due to a Self developed Super Soldier Serum and trained in fifteen Martial Arts, which he has broken down into his own style. He also owns a small citadel island off Canada's Northern Coast. Omega Lord almost always acts through the use of his Servants and has only fought face to face on one occasion, thinking that mingling with Superheroic ignorance is beneath him.

Control Freak

Control Freak is Captain Canada's Older Sister Susan, she is a powerful Telepathic and Telekinetic, her telepathy rivaling that of Menton and trained in telepathic battling, and her Telekinesis is able to barely keep up with Gravitars gravitational powers, and she is more than capable of using both simultaneously. She is a direct Rival of Omega Lord and often does her best to interfere with his plans, sending her own Servants and Minions to battle with his. However as a dangerous, morally lacking individual she and her organization have been confronted by Captain Canada on more than one occasion, and thus is counted amongst his enemies.

Kigatilik

demon-god of Canada and a hater of Superheroes, him and Captain Canada have had many duels, resulting in several stalemates and one win in favour of Captain Canada.

Necrull

A Necromancer in Canada, although not much of a threat to Captain Canada as he has been defeated twice in duels by the hero, he is still a very active threat to the Nation and Potentially the World and therefore is among Captain Canada's enemies.

Dr. Destroyer

Madman who blew up Detroit and killed dozens of Superheroes in the process, he's basically been on everyone's *hit list since getting back.

Capitaine Liberté

An alternate dimension version of Captain Canada, identical to him in every way except morality, he is currently pretending to be a Superhero, though Captain Canada knows better.

Black Canuck

A Servant of Omega Lord, he was given a Super Soldier Serum developed by Omega Lord to make him Captain Canada's physical match, though he lacks his other powers such as flight and energy shields. he is currently serving time after his final defeat at the hands of Captain Canada.

Snow Leopardess

Another Servant of Omega Lord, she was basically an experiment of his to see the effects of his own Self developed magi-science, although it did what it was intended, it also drove her insane, and she is considered Omega Lord's craziest Servant, she is currently loose on the world, though Captain Canada is trying to put that to an end.

Personal Views

Likes

Being a defender of Justice and the weak

This is Captain Canada's motivation, and he does absolutely everything he can to fulfill this, as he enjoys nothing else more

Meeting other Canadian Supers

Captain Canada is always eager to meet new Canadian heroes, or Veteran Canadian heroes who he has simply not run into before

True Heroes

Captain Canada loves the company of heroes like himself, with unshakable morals and a code of honour.

Dislikes

Fake heroes

Many of his dislikes stem from this type of topic, he can't stand a hero who just isn't a hero, mostly that means, Anti-Heroes, or Heroes who have violent tendencies quotes on the matter: "They may protect the innocent, but a hero doesn't turn around and threaten someone who bruised their ego", "A hero who can't distinguish what makes a hero and a villain different isn't a hero at all, and has no business using the title"

Fame Heroes

Captain Canada has never gotten along well with this type of Hero, a Hero who either can't resist putting on a show for the camera's or using their accumulated fame to muscle in on putting their name on some merchandise. This type has on one occasion provoked a violent outburst from Captain Canada, as he was working with the hero Titanium Tiger, who had been putting on a show for nearby cameras at the expense of nearby civilians and other team members, This provoked Captain Canada to remove him from his armor and 'shred it like paper'.

Quotes on the Matter: "Yeah, give the reporters something to gawk about, and while your at it, take off your title and go jump rings of fire at the circus", "the motivation of a hero isn't how good of a show he can put on while the cameras are rolling, or becoming a household name, or an international sensation, a heroes motivation is doing what's right, because it's right. If your motivation is anything else, you, are not, a hero.".

Captain Canada has largely kept his views to himself, often replying to reporters (whenever they actually get a moment to talk to him) that "I'm here to protect the innocent people of this world, not give my opinion on how things should be done".
