History

Founded in the early 1900s as a school for the wealthy by Wilton Belrose, Belrose Academy was in dire straits due to mismanagement before the destruction of Detroit. In much the same way Dr. Destroyers attack revitalized Detroit the school went through a critical renaissance and resurgence. Wealthy backers and alumni have rebuilt Belrose Academy into a school for the best of the best, the wealthy elite of Millennium City and their pampered offspring. In the relatively short time since its reconstruction the school has become a well respected name known for its quality curriculum, well funded school sports and activities programs... and its hefty price tag.

Campus

Although located over a mile from the city itself the original campus was almost entirely destroyed by the fallout of the destruction of Detroit. This gave its various sponsors an opportunity to shape the rebuilt school into the pinnacle of modern campus architecture. Belrose is known for its state of the art facilities and lavish on campus housing. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that students at Belrose enjoy accommodations of a standard many times above the average citizen.

  • Becky Neven: Wealthy, privileged, extremely talented and an overachiever. Becky isn't well liked, but she's intensely popular, always surrounded by a swarm of cronies and sycophants that hang on her every word. A cheerleader that's involved in several clubs while maintaining top grades, many people wonder how she stays on top while also running a cool new superhero team. And many can't wait to see her crash and burn.
  • Buckley Greene: Spoiled, self-involved and completely ignorant of the outside world, Buckley Greene was your typical entitled rich kid until he was kidnapped and held for ransom while on his summer vacation in Thailand. When he returned to school the following academic year, Buck seemed like a completely different person. Distancing himself from his friend groups and spending most of his time either studying or working out, he no longer seems comfortable with the excesses of wealth he once enjoyed. Buck rarely seems to associate with any of his fellow students and can often be seen around campus sporting fresh cuts, bruises and bandages. Though there are plenty rumours circulating about the new Buckley Greene, the question of what happened to him over the summer break hangs heavily in the air.
