Aegle is the native world of the saurica and their Gladiator Marines. A largely peaceful planet, Aegle features gigantic deserts which take up the larger portion of the surface, with some oceans and estuaries providing rainfall at lower-than-Earth levels. Its bird-like inhabitants are physically hardy and capable of flight, which aids them in their continued advanced existence on this huge, arid world.

• Aegelians have achieved intergalactic space travel.
• There is no presence of laser or plasma technology unless brought here.

Government

The entire planet of Aegle is ruled by a single governmental body, with smaller local governments beneath. The Gladiator Marines are a military body which expand across the entire planet as well, recognized by the government and funded by it, though not explicitly connected, as the Gladiator Marines operate galactically.
