Background and Origin
Just where did she come from?
Honestly, no one actually knows. Aiko and her twin, Chiyoko, were born on July 7, 2013, in Mercy General Hospital, Millennium City. Her mother's name is, strangely, unknown, and there was never a recorded entry for her father. Both children went through the foster and adoption system several times, but after Chiyoko's disappearance, and failure of the authorities to locate her, Aiko went through the process to become emancipated from the state, and is now considered an 'adult' in most legal means. She is completely responsible for her own well-being, and lives in an apartment in Downtown Millennium City, paid for with the proceeds of her hero activities.
Powers, Skills, and Attributes
Powers
Electricity Expulsion - Aiko is capable of outputting electricity in forms that are both direct, indirect and even uncontrolled. She can direct a stream of electrical energy at one target, a small area, or a large area, both at distance and centered around herself. Voltages have measured over 400,000V, with amps of up to 100A in small areas, with the amperage reduced as the area of effect is increased.
Electrical Shield - Aiko can create a concentrated barrier of electricity, which can radically repel solid attacks (especially those that are effected by electromagnetic energy), and will actually HARM those that come into direct contact with it.
Flight - By harnessing the electrical energy of the world and creating a negative charge in comparison to the local energy around her, Aiko can actually fly, leaving a trail of static electrical flashes in her wake.
Teleportation - Aiko herself doesn't know why this power works, but by further concentrating electricity around herself, she can disappear for a moment and flash short distances like a lightning bolt. She has taken to using this power for costume changes, because it looks 'cool'.
Skills
Grav-Bike Racing - Aiko loves to ride her Grav-bike, to the extent that she enjoys racing the Circus Malvernum rings whenever they appear above the city. She dotes on her Liberty Grav-bike like a pet, and is constantly tinkering with it's engine management and power settings in order to tweak another few meters-per-second during the races.
Attributes
Supernatural Strength - Much like her teleportation ability, Aiko does not know why she possesses such a high amount of strength. It's not as though she has big muscles, but she can lift a large dumper truck, digger or cement truck without much effort, and automobiles she can toss around as though they were toys.
Other Attributes - Aiko has recently discovered that all of her physical and mental attributes seem to be supernaturally enhanced by an unknown force, and is in the process of going through a research sequence at Harmon Labs.
Gear and Equipment
Gear
Weapon - Aiko carries no weapons, although she has started to make use of the Until store to get access to useful items that make her hero work easier.
Armor - Aiko tends to wear two different kinds of armor, depending on if she is working as part of a team, or on her own. During missions that require teamwork, she wears heavier armor that enhances her ability to aid her fellow heroes. When working solo, she prefers a lighter armor that allows her to concentrate her power against any and all opponents.
Gadget - The only gadget of note that Aiko possesses is her Liberty Grav-bike.
