Deaths
Ana was originally killed by Doctor Destroyer when she confronted him in order to kill him. She had hoped mere enchanted hex bullets alone could kill the super villain, but he mutilated her in one of the worst hero slayings in modern history.
Ana was revived by the dark Empyrean sorcerer, Sathis The Forgotten, for the purpose of killing god. This shell of Hex Trigger, completely under the influence of Sathis, reached God before realizing her task was impossible. She was freed from her abhorrent state by God, and the Infinity Seed which she had forged into a bullet was erased from existence.
