Powers
Randomized power generation -
She has the unique ability to temporarily gain a power seemingly at random from direct contact with another powered individual. The power can last anywhere between 30 minutes to 3 hours. And largely unknown to most each power is unique to an individual so she will always have a specific power each time she touches them. She has clearly trained a good deal in controlling a wide variety of powers as she wields them much more effectively than one would expect of someone new to their powers.
Skills
Power familiarity- Obviously tied to her actual power she has a lot of familiarity with a vast array of powers giving her something of an edge in tactical usage of most powers. Including identifying weaknesses in those reliant on their powers.
CQC training- She is proficient in unarmed combat, though by no means an expert. She is at least competent enough to hold her own against typical thugs when deprived of any powers.
Certified pilot- Not an ace pilot by any means but she is more than capable of handling most small engine and commercial aircraft.
