- Communick's creation was spurred by the inclusion of Hyper Voice as a power in CO. However, the decision to use that as a jumping off point for a power concept that was less than battle-ready also came early in the creation process.
- Communick actually takes some inspiration of his powers from an old CoH character of mine as well.
