First Appearance
It was around the summer of 2013 when The Cosplayer began to appear causing mild amounts of mayhem for heroes. He wasn't particularly tough to beat, but he was very slippery, and always wormed his way out of trouble. What made this Villain distinct, was his costumes. Groups of heroes would know instantly, who Cosplayer's target was... as he would be dressed identical to one hero. The impeccable amount of detail in his costume, was astonishing, enough to leave Cosplayer's target aghast with thoughts of how long he may have been stalking them, and what does he really know, about who they were.
