Creator Notes
- Communick's creation was spurred by the inclusion of Hyper Voice as a power in CO. However, the decision to use that as a jumping off point for a power concept that was more of a supporting role also came early in the creation process.
- Not directly inspired, but some of Communick's concept ideas also took influence from my sonic-blasting hero from CoH.
- A friend linked this video (also, I found this later) to help me imagine what Marc's voice might sound like after his powers manifested.
- Communick's civilian name is a blatant callback to the man considered to be the father of modern radio.
