Background and Origin
Dyonis or Kevin Simpson, had a very troubled or dysfunctional life, that led to him being very depressed before he had his powers.It all started pretty much on the day he was born. According to his mother when he was coming out of her, his umbilical cord was strangulating him, and he basically almost died. However; much to his chagrin nowadays he survived. In his opinion he took that as a sign that he should have never been born, but he was. His childhood was fairly normal. He was an outspoken child who wasn't afraid to say what was on his mind. He had a weird personality too most people, that continued throughout his whole childhood. Because of that however it was always somewhat difficult for him to relate to people. He could make some friends sometimes, but none were ever close. Not only that, but his weird personality, and appearance made him a subject of ridicule for most people. Basically his school life was not a happy one. Especially since this trend of weirdness/rejection continued throughout his whole school life, and he changed schools often thanks to his dysfunctional family life. All in all he was not a happy camper, and basically hated his life. The only time in his opinion things got better for him was when he met a "older" gentleman who happened to actually care about Kevin more so than Kevin's family did. After graduating high school and not being able to handle his home life anymore; he moved in with him and hoped that things would change for the better. Unfortunately Kevin eventually realized his weird personality or just everything about him just wasn't suited for life. He knew he had to do something soon or he would just end up on the streets or dead. He was always into the paranormal or superpowers to be specific. He's always wanted powers more than anything in the whole world. However he never knew exactly how to get them. He always tried meditating, wishing, praying, anything but no such luck. He had psychic/magical talent, but was unfortunately too lazy to develop it.Eventually after flunking college, and realizing that he wasn't meant for the world;He felt he had no choice, but to leave his roommates home and live the last few days of his life wandering as far from society as he could until he died. Alone, sad,tired,in pain, he was about to succumb to the effects of starvation, and dehydration, but something happened that finally gave him what he always wanted for so long. He had a weird "hallucination" of a figure who asked him if he wanted power. Kevin on the verge of death and in tears, with the last vestige of energy he could muster he let out a physically soft,but mentally loud yes. He then felt something in his mind "click", and all of a sudden vast amounts of magical energy revitalized his entire being. It also made him the beautiful version of himself he always wanted to be. With his magical powers and beauty, the world was now his oyster. And he set out out to have fun and live a life of adventure. However little does he know the universe has a bigger ,but evil destiny in store for him, with a powerful figure watching him in the shadows.
Powers
Dyonis possess the power to use magic, which formerly was latent, but activated, thanks to an intense hallucination he had during the brink of death. He can use his magic to achieve virtually anything he wants. He can cast spells, concoct potions, and one of his favorite things to do, is to summon powerful demons to do his bidding.
Relationships
despite his family being dysfunctional they still loved him, and he has a few close friends that care for him very much. However he ended up leaving them all behind, once he became a mage.
Enemies
he has no enemies, but does not exactly have friends either. He prefers to keep to himself.
General Perception
Thanks to his magical powers, he often assumes the form of a drop dead beautiful version of himself. While in his mage outfit, he is still beautiful, but also very deadly.
