Creator Notes
- The Poltermask concept started in the City of Heroes test server as "Ectoeraser" before migrating to the live version of the game as a younger character, Ghost Lad (if my memory serves me correctly). In CO, he is once again an adult.
- In the original version of the idea, the character's powers were bestowed by a jacket.
- As of yet, Poltermask is the third OC of mine to use his particular civilian name. (The other two were each completely different characters.)
