PRIMUS
PRIMUS
is the "Paranormal Research and Investigation Mission of the United States". Part military, part government law-enforcement, PRIMUS was created to tackle superhuman crime and paranormal activity within the United States.
A national organization with many similar goals to the worldwide UNTIL, PRIMUS uses Cyberline-enhanced operatives codenamed Silver Avengers.
