History
The Bellerose Family
Everett had two sons and four daughters with his wife Eleanor. In 1861, he would return to the battlefield in the American Civil War, where he aided Union forces pushing the Confederate Army out of Arizona and New Mexico. After dying in 1881, his eldest son Samuel Bellerose followed in his footsteps and altered his father's laboratory into a pharmacy for the people by age twenty-six. By this time Samuel was already teaching his eldest twin children, Joseph and Florence Bellerose.
Under the leadership of the Bellerose Twins, the small pharmacy became a California staple, opening various locations throughout the state before the arrival of World War I. Following Joseph Bellerose's death in the war in 1917, Florence became a surrogate mother to her nieces and nephews. Florence would push her youngest daughter, Margaret Bellerose, into the trade.
Margaret Bellerose's life would be mostly uneventful, and following an untimely death, she left her son, Clarence Bellerose, to lead the family business at sixteen. The young socialite was known for pushing his children into banking, local government, and the military alongside their responsibilities with the family company. With the connections established by Clarence Bellerose, his youngest son Vincent Bellerose was able to push the Bellerose Pharmacy into lobbying at the federal level.
Vincent Bellerose was a bachelor for most of his life, but eventually married Melinda Bellerose in 1979. He was most known for rebranding the Bellerose Pharmacy to Bellerose Pharmaceutical Energineering. Of his eight children, Eloise Bellerose became the leader of her siblings. She was known as a rebel within the Bellerose Family, actively pushing back against all rules and demands placed on her. She was insistant on doing things her way, and in 2010 she cut ties Bellerose Pharmaceutical Engineering had with various private labs, military operations, and other business partners she deemed morally dubious.
As of 2023, Landon Bellerose, the only child of Eloise and Cairo, has taken the reins of Bellerose Pharmaceutical Engineering. Under the guidance of his mother, Landon has geared the company toward assisting those with disabilities, queer people, people living in poverty, and superhumans.

Windchill
Eventually, Windchill would be recruited to the Adventurers, where his powers would be refined under the guidance or spectacular and experienced superheroes. Providing stealth coverage with whiteouts or directly engagement with hailstorms, Windchill quickly proved himself to be an invaluable addition to the team. Though he can be a bit abrasive to teammates because of his privileged background, his desire to help those around him is true. Even if it includes a lot of cattiness.
Powers and Abilities
Powers
Cryokinesis - Windchill is capable of lowering the temperature around him until solid ice forms from nearby water sources or the water molecules in the air. He is capable of channeling the ice he creates into constructs like barriers and shields or offense blasts. He is also capable of using his abilities to create snow and hail.
Superhuman Durability - Windchill's mutation allows him to withstand attacks that would injure most people. He can easily withstand blunt force impacts, crashing through walls, and falling from great heights without so much as a scratch or bruise. Extended subjugation will eventually result in injuries.
Flight - Windchill manipulates the temperature around him to ascend and push himself through the air.
Skills
Ice Armor Technique - Windchill has trained his cryokinetic abilities to encase his body in an icy sheath, which allows him to handle attacks from high-powered enemies that his standard superhuman durability wouldn't counter.
Figure Skating - Landon trained for most of his teenage years as a men's singles figure skater. His rigorous training displays itself in the modern day with how he moves through the air and uses his powers.
Piano - Following in his father's footsteps, Landon is a trained pianist. Although nowhere near his father's level, he is capable of playing classical selections, jazz, and blues.
Weaknesses
Mental Manipulation - Given his powers revolve around his emotions, any form of mind control, substance, or power that alter his emotions and/or perceptions are extremely debilitating.
Poisons/Toxins/Venoms - While Windchill is very resistance to external damage, any time he becomes poisoned by injected by some hazardous material has resulted horribly.
Gear and Equipment
Gear
Greer and Harlick Scarf Collection - Windchil has a passion for being the best dressed in the room, and hero work is no exception. The scarves he's collected over the past few months range from midnight black to arctic blue, but all serve the same two purposes. Being stylish and hiding his identity.
Suppression Bracers - These gauntlets are present in most of Windchill's supersuits, and act as an emergency suppressant for when his powers spiral uncontrollably. Unfortunately, Windchill has the habit of overloading the bracers.
Sol Santos Sunglasses Collection - They aren't his favorite accessory, but costing nearly $1500 a pair makes them pretty high on the list. They manage to hide his identity, though not as much as his scarves, and they look pretty cool while doing it.
Relationships
Family
Eloise Bellerose - Mother of Landon and the previous Face of Medicine. Eloise has been adamant about cutting ties with any partners to BPE that in any way seem morally dubious. She hopes her son plans to keep things that way as he takes over the company.
Cairo Michaels - The father of Landon is a world-renowned pianist famous for his political activism just as much as his uncanny musical ability. Sharing white hair similar to his son, not much is known about Cairo's family history given he was an orphan taken under the wing of his pianist mentor.
Oluwatimilehin - Landon's favorite personal butler has always been there as a confidant and sage. Holding most of Landon's secrets, as well as all his dietary restrictions, isn't an easy job. He is the only person associated with the Bellerose Family that knows about Landon's powers and his double-life as Windchill.
Vincent Bellerose - Grandfather of Landon Bellerose, and the man who pushed BPE into experimental partnerships. Funding questionable policies, politicians, and organizations helped grow BPE's influence, and only Vinnie is truly aware of how deep these relations go.
Richard 'Richie' Bellerose (Cousin) - Landon's best friend and closest cousin, who is now the CEO of Bellerose Pharamaceutical Engineering. Richie and Landon work like a well-oiled machine to push the family company futher into the future.
Virgil Bellerose (Uncle) - Father of Richard Bellerose, he is Landon's favorite uncle. A bit more cutthroat than his happy-go-lucky son, Virgil embodies the tradition of his militant father, and deep down desires to bring BPE back to it's roots, influencing various aspects of the world.
Dorothy Bellerose (Aunt) - Landon's aunt is a well-known opera singer most known for her astonishing and legendary performance in Vincenzo Bellini's "Norma" and Giuseppe Verdi's "La Traviata."
Syndey Bellerose (Aunt) - Another of Landon's aunts who specializes in cybersecurity. Of course, BPE gets the best service from her company.
Sebastian "Seb" Bellerose (Cousin) - Landon's counsin "Seb" Bellerose acts a political liason for BPE, working directly with politicians and swaying the opinions of senators, governors, and congressmen.
