Powered with the BUFF superserum by a secret organization within the U.S. government, Captain Ally declared himself an ally to criminal justice systems across the globe. He uses his super strength, speed, and fortitude to battle villains hand-to-hand and aid in the capture.

History
Ian Yoshida was a medical doctor before joining the U.S. Air Force. His father was Air Force as well, but disappeared after becoming involved in a top secret experiment. Ian volunteered to be a part of the experiment to find out where his father had gone, and uncovered plans to develop supersoldiers using a serum created by the villain Dr. Madman.
Ian's father was still alive, but mutated horribly by the serum, known as Bauer's Ultimate Fortitude Formula, or BUFF. Researchers utilized Ian's help to continue developing BUFF, and he insisted they try it on him once it was complete, to prove to his father that it could work. This new version of BUFF was successful, and granted Ian superhuman abilities without any adverse effects.
The government wanted to keep Ian a secret and use him for black ops, but he had other ideas. He addressed the United Nations publicly and proclaimed he would defend any country's citizens whenever they were in danger. He soon became an icon of international heroism and freedom.
