Who is she?
Even in a world of superheroes and the supernatural, Penny is something of an anomaly.
She's just one of those mysteries that refuses to make any sense!
Is she a clown?
Is she a mime?
Both!?
But why does she talk...?
...And why won't she shut up already!?
Origin
EVERY superhero has an origin story, right? Some kind of tragic backstory of how they got their powers and embraced their destiny to become a hero?
Well not Penny. She just kind of showed up out of nowhere one day.

In one rare occurrence that Penny decided to cooperate with a police interrogation, a psionic hero was brought in to perform a mind reading.
