'''Doctor Silence''' is a mystical hero who has been around since the middle ages, although he did not make his first appearance until World War I. Since then, he has used his magic to uphold order and battle chaos and injustice. Despite his potent sorcery, he’s not often seen on the battlefield. Rest assured, however, he will appear if ''anything'' threatens the order of the universe. It is his duty. <br>

==As a Mortal==
+
It is imperative that I make this clear: this document is incomplete. Do not allow this document's length to fool you into the notion that you understand everything there is to know about Doctor Silence. He is unregistered. Keep that in mind.<br>
L. Walker was born in the Middle Ages in the town of York to a priest and his wife. Walker’s mother died during childbirth and his father raised him alone, isolating him from other children. His father, the priest of York, taught Walker to be devoutly religious like him and by the age of ten, had committed the entire Bible to memory. He did his best to appease his father, but was never truly happy himself.

Walker eventually found something that piqued his interest when he snuck out of his home. He ran into a book keep who had a plethora of books that were so different from the biblical stories that he had been raised on. Everyday he would sneak out when his father was away and read these books with great passion, blossoming into a young philosopher, questioning everything he had been taught.

'''Description'''

 +
<u>Physical</u>
 +
<font color=#00CE00; font size=2><br>
 +
:Doctor Silence is a human (unconfirmed) who stands 1.91 meters tall and weighs 81 kilograms (both measures are approximate). In physical appearance, his indiscernible from any other Homo sapien. His complexion and general facial structure is consistent with persons of Western European descent. His eyes--a shade of blue--supports the theory of his ethnic origin being somewhere in British Isles.

He tried his best to keep his true nature hidden from his father, fearing persecution if his father found out, but in the end, his father discovered his impious activities. Disgusted by what the book keep has allowed his son to become, he accused the man of heresy and had him sentenced to death. Walker was forced to watch this man’s execution as a lesson to never disobey his father again.
+
:Physically, Doctor Silence has broad shoulders and an athletic physique. His physical age is unknown but determined to be within the range of 30 to 45 earth years. Photographic evidence of Doctor Silence exists from World War II, suggesting at a form of longevity, eternal youth, or agelessness.

However, Walker continued to disobey his father and eventually ran away from his hometown to explore the countryside, looking for answers to the questions that had been raised during his secret reading sessions. Eventually, he found himself in the land of Egypt, a mysterious place that had been depicted in a few of the books he read.
+
:Doctor Silence is unable or unwilling to speak in any verbal language of human origin. All vocalizations from him are grunts or similar sounds. Any and all attempts to communicate orally using primarily guttural with him have failed. It is unknown if Doctor Silence is capable of speaking a language that is yet undiscovered.

The land of Egypt was hot and brutal, unforgiving to Walker’s inexperience with the desert. With little water and no food, he trekked through the desert, no longer knowing where he was going. When he finally happened upon a small town, he searched for anyone who might be kind enough to give him food and water, but the town was empty; no one lived there.
+
:Since 1990, Doctor Silence's most recent choice of clothing include: a deep-voilet, cotton (unconfirmed) robe with an arched skirt; a silver breastplate; a violet, collared cloak with golden trim; and gold and silver gloves and boots. See attached files for previous appearances.
He explored the town and eventually found a decrepit amulet that he felt compelled to wear. When he did, however, he was inflicted with a pain that was unbearable and passed out.

==Becoming the Sentinel of Ma'at==
+
:Heavy enchantments line Doctor Silence's mask. While all the properties of the mask are unknown, the following properties have been observed by <span style="background-color:#00DE00">[Citizen Name Redacted]</span>. The mask provides significant protection against particulate matter and air pollutants without causing any difficulty or discomfort in breathing. There is a degree of electromagnetic radiation shielding. Doctor Silence's ability to survive at the depths of the ocean also suggests an arcane form of life support and protection against extreme pressures. These effects are only afforded to the wearer if the mask is worn upon the face.
Walker soon awoke to find himself in the Egyptian Underworld, though he did not know it at first. He had no idea how he had gotten there and only realized that he was in some type of underworld when a demon, who wanted to barter for his soul, told him. Walker traversed the Underworld, evading monsters and demons when he finally happened upon another man. Relieved to find someone like him, Walker was shocked to find the man had the head of an ibis. The man, sensing Walker’s discomfort, shifted into the form of a man with a human head, revealing himself to be Thoth, the God of Knowledge. He asked why Walker was in the Egyptian Underworld as no human had come for centuries, but when Walker went to answer, he found that he could no longer speak.
+

Thoth assumed that Walker had died and went to the Underworld, or Duat, to have his soul judged. Thoth, having not judged many souls for centuries, hastily lead Walker to the Hall of Judgement where they met Osiris. Walker attempted to explain that he did not know what was happening through hand gestures, but Thoth assumed that Walker wanted to pass onto the afterlife. Before he could have his heart judged, Anubis, the God of Mummification, noticed the amulet hanging around Walker’s neck.

<u>Psychological</u>
 +
<font color=#00CE00; font size=2><br>
 +
:Doctor Silence expresses few emotions beyond frustration, anger, disgust, and contempt. Otherwise, he maintains an overall expression of apathy. Graphic, disturbing, and traumatic events appear to have no long-term effects on Doctor Silence's psyche, assuming that some event has not already done so. When agitated, Doctor Silence shows no restraint in injuring others and using brute force to address the issue at hand.

The gods then realized that Walker is still alive and in somewhere in the Egyptian desert. Thoth explained to Walker that the amulet he has put on was to be used in a ritual that would grant a chosen Egyptian great power in a time of need, but it was lost before it could be used. Thoth assumed from the bad shape of the amulet, the magic must have become unstable and was ready to latch onto the next available vessel, which happened to be Walker. Thoth then recognized that Walker was not dead and helped him return to the land of the living.
+
:In regards to the forms of activity resulting in his intervention, there appears to be no pattern. Doctor Silence expresses disdain and contempt for criminals, especially for repeat offenders. Upon intervention, Doctor Silence does so in a manner that maximizes efficiency. He has little to no regard for the safety or well-being of the criminal. Doctor Silence may outright murder an offender--such an outcome is an extreme derivation from his typical behavior. Repeat offenders are at a higher risk of suffering severe injuries or death.

When he returned to his body, Walker found that he was no longer dying of the intense heat or extreme dehydration in the Egyptian Desert. He took off the amulet, hoping that it would restore his ability to speak, but to his disappointment, it did not. Thoth appeared behind Walker as an avatar and guided Walker to a shelter where he could rest. Thoth explained that since Walker put on the amulet, he must become the gods’ warrior of Ma’at as the Ban prevents them from directly intervening in mortal affairs. Once Walker accepted his fate, which took about two years of constant coercion by Thoth, he eventually consented to be training to become a sorcerer.
+
:Stopping criminal acts does not appear to be motivated by the well being of civilians. Given his aggressive responses to misdemeanors, Doctor Silence detests the very principle of crime.

During his training, Walker actually discovered that he enjoyed learning about the mystic arts and grew to like his training. He spent most of his time in meditation, learning from Thoth, so he did not know until his training neared completion that he had been in a state of meditation for almost fifty years. Walker was distraught, wondering how he could defend truth and justice if he was a seventy-year-old man. Thoth revealed that when the amulet infused him with magic, it had damaged his ren or True Name. Technically speaking, because of this damage, Walker did not have a True Name. Thus, he could not die or age as he did not technically exist.
+
:Despite the general apathy, dimissiveness, and contempt, Doctor Silence expresses compassion towards prepubescent children, given they have not committed serious crimes. When present, Doctor Silence will prioritize the wellfare of the children, abandoning pursuit and punishment of criminals to ensure their comfort and safety. Criminals who attempt to inflict harm or injury upon children while Doctor Silence is present are garaunteed to be severely injured or outright killed. When punishing crimes committed by children, Doctor Silence is notably less severe.

Once his training was complete, it was the beginning sixth century and Walker began to do as Thoth had asked of him. He soon discovered that his immortality did not prevent him from dying, but instead allowed him to circumvent death in the form of rebirth. Learning this, Walker began to distance himself from humanity as being reborn was excruciatingly painful. After centuries of defending Ma’at, Walker grew tired of repeating the same task over and over again. He retired to his hometown of York where he opened a bookshop.
+
:Interactions with beings of extraterrestrial origin reveal Doctor Silence to behave in a discrimatory manner towards them. The root of such behavior is currently unknown.

==World Wars==
+
:Doctor Silence has an aversion towards disorganization and messy environments.
Walker did not return to the role as a Sentinel of Ma’at until the World Wars. In the first World War, he offered refuge to those displaced by the war, but could not do much more as the Ban prevented him from using his magic to its fullest extent.
+

It was not until the Second World War that his powers were no longer hindered due to the actions of the Nazis attempting to bestow mystical powers on themselves. He provided passage for the escaping persecuted into other countries where they would be safe. During the Bombing of London, Walker would do his best to defend his home country but would be killed saving the life of Winston Churchill. He would not return from the Duat until 1950.

:Doctor Silence performs acts of magic by utilizing Medu Neter (Egyptian Hieroglyphics), specifically the child system: hieratic. When preparing to perform magic, Doctor Silence makes somatic motions--typically with his hands or arms--and conjures vaporous writing. There appears to be no limit as to where the writing will appear. The most common presentation is materialization before Doctor Silence prior to becoming a projectile whereupon impact an effect evoked. Alternatively, the hieroglyph can fade away and envoke an effect. An uncommon presentation is the appearance upon a surface. In such cases, the inscription can remain temporarily or persist. The hieroglyphs cannot be removed by physical means short of excising the inscribed portion of the object, if the provided enchantment does not make the object impervious to such damage.

==Contemporary History==
+
:Visual analysis has determined that the effect correlates directly to the meaning of each phrase. Though some variances exist between the summoned glyph and the effect, attributed to translation and interpretation.
In 1977, Walker took part in the Battle for the Planet where he was among the heroes who helped fight off the Gadroon Squadron. However, in the first days of the battle, he was fatally injured by a Gadroon Soldier and was forced to enter to the Duat recuperate. He was not able to take part in the Battle anymore after that.
+

In 1992, Walker’s bookshop is destroyed in the Battle of Detroit and he dons the mantle of Doctor Silence once again to battle Doctor Destroyer. He manages to protect a small portion of the city from total destruction, saving a class of school children in the process.
+
:With more powerful instances of magic, Doctor Silence forms concentric rings of hieroglyphs around himself. In these cases, Doctor Silence has a preference for hieroglyphs instead of hieratic. He has never been seeen using demotic.

In 2010, Walker sensed a disturbance in Vibora Bay and quickly arrived at the scene to an apocalyptic hell. He then became a part of a team of heroes who rescued survivors in the city. His magic proved very effective against Therakiel’s cronies. Despite this, during a patrol for survivors, his team was ambushed and he sacrificed himself to teleport the other heroes back to Doctor Ka’s brownstone. He was forced into the Duat to recover.
+
:[Document 106.2.Beta provides a comprehensive list of observed hieroglyphs, their translations, and observed effects.]

=Appearance=
+
:Doctor Silence has heightened senses, and can perceive things not within his field of vision. Disabiling his eyesight--by means of bright lights, particulate matter, or obstruction--greatly diminishes this capability, suggesting a 360-degree field of vision.
Walker is a tall, young man who is described to be very handsome and good looking. This is a result of his immortalization. He keeps his dark brown hair brushed and no amount of wind or physical contact can mess it up. His eyes are a light blue color. He has a lean, muscular body with a pale, but even complexion.
+

As Doctor Silence, he has four incarnations throughout history.
+
:Likely as a part of his longevity or immortality, Doctor Silence can recover from physical damage at an accelerated rate. Injuries capable of incapacitating any normal human (i.e. broken leg, pnuemothorax, lacerations to major muscle groups, etc.) persist on Doctor Silence for only a brief duration. Upon injury, Doctor Silence will begin healing the injury. Lacerations to skin and muscle will knit together. Broken bones will reset themselves. The rate at which injuries are healed is inversely proportional to its severity. Injuries will also heal even while Doctor Silence is unconscious, but at a notably slower rate.

'''Civilian''' <br>
+
:Though unconfirmed, eye witness testimony by <span style="background-color:#00DE00">[Citizen Name Redacted]</span>, if he suffers enough damage to physical person, Doctor Silence can "die." When dying, Doctor Silence purportedly turns into an ink-like substance and evaporates into a thick smog. The smog rapidly dissipates.
In his civilian attire, he wears a brown trench coat or overcoat with a black vest and white button front shirt underneath. He also wears dark blue jeans tucked into steel toed, knee high combat boots. Occasionally, he will wear a tie and when goes outside, a fedora. He wears a wire frame pair of reading glasses.
+

'''Golden Age''' <br>
+
<div style="height: 300px; width: 100%; border: 2px solid #00CE00; font:Consolas; overflow:auto;">
In the Golden Age, at the start of World War II, Doctor Silence wore a lab coat with blue spandex underneath that had padding in his shoulders. He wore silver boots and white formal gloves. In this incarnation, he wore no mask.
+

'''Silver Age''' <br>
+
<center>'''Document 106.1.Alpha'''</center>
In the Silver Age, Walker’s costume remained largely the same, but he no longer wore his lab coat and his blue spandex suit had a white collar. He wore white gloves with white boots and briefs over his leggings. He also donned a white cape.

:The following is an analysis of a video clip obtained from the Millenium News Network on 12 December 2012.

'''Bronze Age''' <br>
+
::At 0942 hours, a criminal named 'Mister Khaos' enters the Millenium City Museum and demands a papyrus scroll [referred to as "The Book"] and the Amulet of Tahuti. Mister Khaos makes the claim that he "had [felt] their power in [Millennium City]."
During the Bronze Age, his costume comprised of a navy blue spandex suit with a silver design on his torso and briefs over his leggings. Around his waist was a black belt with a yellow square buckle. He wore gray gloves that went to his elbows and gray boots that matched. He also had a broached cape.
+

'''Iron Age''' <br>
+
::At 0944 hours, multiple (8) armed secruity personnel attempt to detain Mister Khaos. They are either injured or killed.
In the current era, Walker wears a blue flex suit with a thin silver breastplate with matching bands around his biceps. His gloves are gray and flared, running to his elbows while his boots are now solid silver and are banded at the top. Around his waist is a black belt with a red, circular design as a buckle. Finishing off his ensemble is his collared cape with two broaches on his shoulders. He now wears a magically enchanted mask.
+

=Personality=
+
::At 0947 hours, Mister Khaos goes deeper into the Museum and searches for the items of interest. Multiple exhibits and exhibitions sustain damage as a result. He recovers a papyrus scroll from a glass case and comments that "it was foolish for [unintelligable] to leave a copy on the material plane."
Walker is a quiet and anti-social person, but not because of a shyness; it is because he is not interested in the squabble of mortals, despite once being mortal himself. Since his rise to immortality and power, Walker has considered himself someone above mortals, which gives way to somewhat of a condescending attitude. However, people normally do not recognize this as he cannot speak to express his contempt for them.
+

When he is alone, he often likes to pursue his academic interests and peruses libraries if he is not in his own bookshop. When the in the company of others, unless they intrigue him, he will usually try to find excuses to leave and do something more interesting.
+
::At 0951 hours, two heroes enter the Museum and engage Mister Khaos. The museum western wall within the Egyptian and East Asian Exhibit sustains severe damage. Mister Khaos telepathically strangulates one hero. The other is unconscious underneath the rubble produced by the damaged wall. Emergency Medical Services arrive alongside Law Enforcement. Injured personnel and civilians are treated.

His time with the Egyptian Gods in the Duat has heavily influenced him and their teachings are the motivations for him taking up the mantle of a hero. Although he is not interested in humanity, he still protects them as they are crucial to upholding Ma’at. However, he will not hesitate to sacrifice a few in order to preserve Ma’at. There are, of course, a few exceptions, such as mortals he knows personally.
+
::Media crews from the Millennium New Network arrive outside the museum and begin news coverage.

Due to his lack of interests with human affairs, he does not get involved in local threats as they do not pose big threats to Ma’at, but he will intervene in regional to planetary threats. He shows some interest in leaving Earth to explore other planets.
+
::At 0958 hours, Mister Khaos suffers damage from an off screen source. A ray hurls him back inside the museum. Doctor Silence enters through the opening in the wall. He engages Mister Khaos.

=Abilities=
+
::At 1011 hours, Mister Khaos inscribes a hieroglyph within the building walls. [Analysis confirms M17-S29-I9-X1-G37; meaning "Disorder"] Within seconds of inscription, the building begins to collapse. Security feed is lost.
==Powers and Abilities==
+
Walker, despite not being a god himself, has a host of magical powers that make him a force to be reckoned with when he dons the mantle of Doctor Silence. In addition to his magical powers, he is ambidextrous, fluent in forty languages, including sign language, and able to read even the most illegible handwriting.
+

'''Magic''' <br>
+
::From media coverage, bright red cracks begin to spread across the building. Sections begin to collapse. Large portions of the infrastructure begin disintegrating into a fine mist of debris. This continues for 31.7 seconds before all motion is immobilized. The building then begins to repair itself with all broken fragments rearranging themselves back onto the building.
Walker's magic is comparable to the strength of three or more fully trained sorcerers. With his potent mystical abilities, he is capable of performing a variety of complex spells and charms with little problem, due to his 1,500 plus years of experience. Despite his potent magic, he often opts for a straightforward and direct use of his magic, such as eldritch blasts or basic shields.
+

To put Walker's magic into perspective, expending all of his magical energy at once can create a crater with a radius of 55 miles.
+
:Mister Khaos escaped as Doctor Silence used an unknown hieroglyph to undo the damage caused by Mister Khaos. Following Doctor Silence's magic, the building was restore to its condition prior to Mister Khaos's entrance sans the papyrus scroll. Thorough cataloguing reveals that all previous damage inflicted to exhibits was repaired. Some exhibits were repaired to near perfect condition.

'''Immortality''' <br>
+
:The Millennium News Network attempted to interview Doctor Silence who appeared exhausted on camera. He made few gestures but lacked his typical aggressive, anti-social attitude. Emergency medical personnel aided Doctor Silence. By 1023 hours, Doctor Silence had left the scene.
When Walker gained his magical abilities, the magic the amulet imbued him with warped parts of his soul, preventing him from passing onto the afterlife. When he sustains enough damage to die, his soul departs for the Duat until it is strong enough to be reborn where he considers being his “home.” His immortality does prevent him from dying of pestilence, plague, and poison. He will, however, still suffer any pain or drawbacks associated with the aforementioned.
+

'''Flight''' <br>
+
:Addendum: According to Museum Personnel, no object or item located within the building at the time was named "the Amulet of Tahuti." No item bore any resemblance to anything that may have been associated with Tahuti [Thoth].
Walker is capable of defying gravity and flying by using magic to levitate himself. He can reach speeds in excess of 500 miles per hour but does not fly this fast as stopping proves to be an extremely difficult task as decelerating suddenly gives him motion sickness.
+

==Equipment==
+
</div>
'''Staff''' <br>
+
Walker has a staff that he uses to augment his magical abilities. He rarely uses it to the point where if he were to bring it out, it is an indicator that the situation is dire. When not in use, it takes the form of a four inch long, wooden rod that is stored on a clip on his belt or in his pocket. When in use, it extends to become about four feet long with a feathered design at the top made of gold.
+

'''Mask''' <br>
+
<div style="height: 300px; width: 100%; border: 2px solid #00CE00; font:Consolas; overflow:auto;">
A part of his costume introduced in the Iron Age, Walker’s mask is enchanted with powerful magics that allow him to survive in space and the depths of the ocean. It also acts as an air and radiation filter in addition to protecting him from extreme temperatures.
+

'''Grimoire''' <br>
+
<center>'''Document 106.2.Beta'''</center>
Walker’s personal journal detailing a variety of magical rituals and symbols. It even has helpful hints on those who are beginning to learn magic. This book was kept by Walker as a guide to performing magic. He continues to write in it by magically adding pages.
+

 +
:The data in the following table compiles the description, translation, and interpertation of all hieroglyphic characters used by Doctor Silence. If further hieroglyphs need to be added, please contact Dr.<span style="background-color:#00DE00">[Citizen Name Redacted]</span>.

==Weaknesses==
+
:The "Description" Column provides identification code the Gardiner's Sign List.
'''Immortality''' <br>
+
Walker’s immortality, while guarding him from death, does not guard him from injury. If he sustains enough damage that would kill a normal human, he will be forced into the Duat to regenerate. This could take him out for days, possibly years on end. Furthermore, if he is not on Earth when he dies, it will take his soul time to travel back to Earth in order to enter the Duat; his regeneration does not begin until he enters the Egyptian Underworld. It should be noted that the only place Walker can die permanently is Qliphoth. This is because the realm is the antithesis to life.
+

'''Over-extension''' <br>
+
:The "Translation" Column provides the most direct translation of the hieroglyph.
Walker’s magic is powerful and potent, but improper regulation of his magic pool can lead him to tire himself out while a battle still rages on around him.
+

'''Gold''' <br>
+
:The "Interpertation" Column describes the observed effects of the hieroglyph.
The precious metal is one of the few substances that is resistant to Walker’s magic. Though, it is not immune to his magic and serves to impede him. He, however, cannot see or teleport into a room that is lined with gold.
+

'''Silence''' <br>
+
:Unless denoted by an asterisk(*), the script is hieratic.
Walker’s inability could talk makes it difficult for him to coordinate his actions with teammates or warn them of impending danger. He also cannot access his full power.
+

'''Concentration''' <br>
+
<table style="width: 75%; border: 1px solid #00CE00; border-collapse: collapse; margin-left: 10px">
If Walker cannot concentrate he cannot enact any spells or use any magic beyond his eldritch blasts. Furthermore, any spells (including shields) that he is currently maintaining would most likely fail or weaken if he is distracted.

'''Close Combat''' <br>
+
</div>
While he is adept at fighting far range, close range is the bane of Walker as his hand to hand combat skills are basic at best. All his training was in theory. Anyone who can close the distance with him can easily overpower him if he cannot knock them away from him before he is knocked out or killed. Those who are agile may be able to dodge his magic.
+

'''Lack of a True Name''' <br>

Some places or spells may require that Walker use his True Name. He, not having one, cannot enter such places or utilize such spells.

=Relationships=

==Thoth==

Thoth and Walker have a very close relationship, being one very similar to that of a teacher-student bond. Thoth contributed heavily to who Walker is today and Walker holds Thoth in great admiration. Walker’s admiration of Thoth is so great, that he would do whatever Thoth asked him to do. After spending many centuries with Walker, Thoth is one of the few beings capable of knowing what Walker is saying simply through his facial expressions and body language.

==Ra's Monologue==

"''Walker becomes like one of us as the days pass by. Though he no longer remains in the Duat, I can see the attitude of contempt we gods have for mortals in him. He protects Ma’at, but is not concerned for the well being of the mortals. Has he forgotten he was once like them?
+

''The contempt I see is truly terrifying. If what Thoth says is true, then may he remain eternally silent.

''Doctor Silence should not talk. Given his knowledge of divine words, reality could bend to his commands. I only pray that Thoth will not take pity on his former student…
+

+
''If Walker regains his ability to speak, he will be akin to a god on earth, only the Ban will not affect him as he is not truly divine, but why would that matter? He could shatter reality in a short distance around him if he spoke so much as one word: osade [break].''"

==Thoth and Walker: Walker's Retirement==

"''Walker, you cannot simply leave your post as Sentinel of Ma'at.

''Immortality and Power mean nothing, Walker. You are still human. That is who you are. These people, they are your people. How can you not feel anything for them? You have been given great power and to not use it to protect your kind, that is Isfet, Walker. That is not Ma'at.

=Tropes=

'''The Speechless'''  <br>
+
Walker is incapable of talking. This leads to awkward situations where he enters a room, but no one notices and end up having very private conversations before realizing he is in the room.
+

+
'''Meaningful Name''' <br>
+
Walker’s code name is Doctor Silence, an obvious reference to the fact that he cannot speak. He also has a PhD in English Language and Literature some time between 2001 and 2004, thus making him an actual doctor.
+

+
'''Irony''' <br>
+
Despite his code name being meaningful, Walker lacks a true name.

+
'''Anti-Hero''' <br>
+
Walker does what he considers to be best for himself and for the order of things, even if that means taking questionable actions.
+

+
'''Ignored Expert''' <br>
+
Walker is very clever and intelligent, capable of piecing together evidence and information, however due to his inability to talk, he is often forgotten.
+

+
'''But Not Too Bi''' <br>
+
Even though Walker is considered to be bi, he is actually more attracted to males than females.
+
He was in a short lived romantic relationship with a forest nymph, but that did not last long as he couldn’t speak and she wanted him to compliment her.
+

+
'''Battle Aura''' <br>
+
Both figurative and literal, Walker has an aura of energy around him when he pulls out his staff to augment his magic.

Heavily influenced by the Egyptian Gods, Walker will uphold order, even if it means doing evil to do so.

When Walker is angered or channeling an immense amount of power, his eyes burn with a golden, fiery aura.

Doctor Silence

It is imperative that I make this clear: this document is incomplete. Do not allow this document's length to fool you into the notion that you understand everything there is to know about Doctor Silence. He is unregistered. Keep that in mind.

Description

Physical

Doctor Silence is a human (unconfirmed) who stands 1.91 meters tall and weighs 81 kilograms (both measures are approximate). In physical appearance, his indiscernible from any other Homo sapien. His complexion and general facial structure is consistent with persons of Western European descent. His eyes--a shade of blue--supports the theory of his ethnic origin being somewhere in British Isles.
Physically, Doctor Silence has broad shoulders and an athletic physique. His physical age is unknown but determined to be within the range of 30 to 45 earth years. Photographic evidence of Doctor Silence exists from World War II, suggesting at a form of longevity, eternal youth, or agelessness.
Doctor Silence is unable or unwilling to speak in any verbal language of human origin. All vocalizations from him are grunts or similar sounds. Any and all attempts to communicate orally using primarily guttural with him have failed. It is unknown if Doctor Silence is capable of speaking a language that is yet undiscovered.
Since 1990, Doctor Silence's most recent choice of clothing include: a deep-voilet, cotton (unconfirmed) robe with an arched skirt; a silver breastplate; a violet, collared cloak with golden trim; and gold and silver gloves and boots. See attached files for previous appearances.
Heavy enchantments line Doctor Silence's mask. While all the properties of the mask are unknown, the following properties have been observed by [Citizen Name Redacted].

Psychological

Doctor Silence expresses few emotions beyond frustration, anger, disgust, and contempt.
In regards to the forms of activity resulting in his intervention, there appears to be no pattern.
Stopping criminal acts does not appear to be motivated by the well being of civilians. Given his aggressive responses to misdemeanors, Doctor Silence detests the very principle of crime.
Despite the general apathy, dimissiveness, and contempt, Doctor Silence expresses compassion towards prepubescent children, given they have not committed serious crimes.
Interactions with beings of extraterrestrial origin reveal Doctor Silence to behave in a discrimatory manner towards them. The root of such behavior is currently unknown.
Doctor Silence has an aversion towards disorganization and messy environments.

Supernatural

Doctor Silence performs acts of magic by utilizing Medu Neter (Egyptian Hieroglyphics), specifically the child system: hieratic.
Visual analysis has determined that the effect correlates directly to the meaning of each phrase. Though some variances exist between the summoned glyph and the effect, attributed to translation and interpretation.
With more powerful instances of magic, Doctor Silence forms concentric rings of hieroglyphs around himself. In these cases, Doctor Silence has a preference for hieroglyphs instead of hieratic. He has never been seeen using demotic.
[Document 106.2.Beta provides a comprehensive list of observed hieroglyphs, their translations, and observed effects.]
Doctor Silence has heightened senses, and can perceive things not within his field of vision. Disabiling his eyesight--by means of bright lights, particulate matter, or obstruction--greatly diminishes this capability, suggesting a 360-degree field of vision.
Likely as a part of his longevity or immortality, Doctor Silence can recover from physical damage at an accelerated rate.
Though unconfirmed, eye witness testimony by [Citizen Name Redacted], if he suffers enough damage to physical person, Doctor Silence can "die." When dying, Doctor Silence purportedly turns into an ink-like substance and evaporates into a thick smog. The smog rapidly dissipates.
Document 106.1.Alpha

The following is an analysis of a video clip obtained from the Millenium News Network on 12 December 2012.
At 0942 hours, a criminal named 'Mister Khaos' enters the Millenium City Museum and demands a papyrus scroll [referred to as "The Book"] and the Amulet of Tahuti. Mister Khaos makes the claim that he "had [felt] their power in [Millennium City]."
At 0944 hours, multiple (8) armed secruity personnel attempt to detain Mister Khaos. They are either injured or killed.
At 0947 hours, Mister Khaos goes deeper into the Museum and searches for the items of interest. Multiple exhibits and exhibitions sustain damage as a result. He recovers a papyrus scroll from a glass case and comments that "it was foolish for [unintelligable] to leave a copy on the material plane."
At 0951 hours, two heroes enter the Museum and engage Mister Khaos.
Media crews from the Millennium New Network arrive outside the museum and begin news coverage.
At 0958 hours, Mister Khaos suffers damage from an off screen source. A ray hurls him back inside the museum. Doctor Silence enters through the opening in the wall. He engages Mister Khaos.
At 1011 hours, Mister Khaos inscribes a hieroglyph within the building walls. [Analysis confirms M17-S29-I9-X1-G37; meaning "Disorder"] Within seconds of inscription, the building begins to collapse. Security feed is lost.
From media coverage, bright red cracks begin to spread across the building. Sections begin to collapse. Large portions of the infrastructure begin disintegrating into a fine mist of debris. This continues for 31.7 seconds before all motion is immobilized. The building then begins to repair itself with all broken fragments rearranging themselves back onto the building.
Mister Khaos escaped as Doctor Silence used an unknown hieroglyph to undo the damage caused by Mister Khaos. Following Doctor Silence's magic, the building was restore to its condition prior to Mister Khaos's entrance sans the papyrus scroll. Thorough cataloguing reveals that all previous damage inflicted to exhibits was repaired. Some exhibits were repaired to near perfect condition.
The Millennium News Network attempted to interview Doctor Silence who appeared exhausted on camera. He made few gestures but lacked his typical aggressive, anti-social attitude. Emergency medical personnel aided Doctor Silence. By 1023 hours, Doctor Silence had left the scene.
Addendum: According to Museum Personnel, no object or item located within the building at the time was named "the Amulet of Tahuti." No item bore any resemblance to anything that may have been associated with Tahuti [Thoth].
