Cloudcrown has a large, moderately heavy build build for someone his age that undergoes an occasional fitness regimen. Thanks to his billowing costume, however, he appears to be much bulkier at first glance than he actually is.

• Localized Weather Control: Cloudcrown's suite of abilities all under this generalized class of powers. He is able to create weather-like phenomena around himself and, if necessary, project its effects over a wide radius in his general area.

• Flight: Cloudcrown is capable of flight thanks to his ability to manipulate the air around him-- it's probably the most subtle use of his powers.

Cloudcrown comes across as an affable gentleman if somewhat forward and boisterous, and greatly relishes in his role and fame as a costumed crimefighter.
With that said, his lack of restraint can even be seen in his liberal use of his weather powers, which often effects more than it needs to get the job done-- friends and foes alike.
