Blur is a heroine originally hailing from Paragon City. She moved to Millennium City 4 years back, after an incident involving her sister. Blur is very shy and reserved, but never hesitates when it comes to saving the day.
Powers, Skills, and Attributes
Powers
Super Speed - Blur was born with the ability to move at speeds normal humans could only dream of. Her highest recorded speed was at Mach 1, although she rarely has a need to move at such speeds.
Super Reflexes - Blur also has superhuman reflexes. She is able to dodge most physical attacks or projectiles given that she is aware said attacks are coming at her.
Skills
Fighting - While she does know basic martial arts, Blur generally just uses her great speed to throw out punches at her enemies. She will also use hit and run tactics on tougher opponents to anger them into making mistakes.
Scouting - Blur has experience with using her speed to scout out locations and enemy positions, getting in and out before they notice.
Wind Generation - Blur can rotate her arms or run in a small circle at high speed to generate wind. This has allowed her to regain control of fights when she has been surrounded by too many opponents, help put out fires and even slow down her falling speed.
Phasing - If she vibrates at just the right speed, Blur can phase through walls and other objects. She usually will object to this as the experience is rather unpleasant for her.
