Background Information

This is Sergeant Vollick of Primus Intelligence reporting on the woman they call Whimsicle. Previous intelligence suggests that about six years ago she was found in a big top at a circus in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, rocking back and forth, a girl of thirteen dressed as a clown surrounded in corpses. There is no record of her identity and all attempts to remove her outfit and make up has ended in failure. Whimsicle was placed in the hot sleep chamber of Stronghold under suspicion that she performed the murders of nearly one hundred men, women and children. A later investigation revealed that Whimsicle in fact killed no one as no traces of her DNA were found on the scene, which brings me to the next topic, our discoveries of the query named Whimsicle. She was briefly removed from hot sleep where she subsequently went berserk and nearly killed twelve of the personnel in the hot sleep chamber, guards and scientists alike, before she was subdued and placed in observation for testing. The tests concluded that a device had been grafted to her brain sending her commands. The scientists concluded they could not remove the device and had her placed into hot sleep until they could figure out a means of taming her. Intelligence reports claim that she was placed into hot sleep for approximately six years and was released just before the Qularr attack on Millenium City recently. The scientists made claim that they had neutralized her, in fact they had control over her mind.

Observations

November 17, 2010

It seems that the reprogramming has taken, however subject does display excessive force and has on many accounts caused fatalities. I am not sure if it is her fighting the control or the scientists just messed up. Whatever it is... wait did she just wave at me? She couldn't have, there's no way she sees me. She just waved again! Now she's dancing! I don't get it, why is she doing this. Oh no it looks like a couple New Purples are looking to capitalize on her being dis... tracted. OH MY! That's three more fatalities. I am going to have to suggest that she is placed back in hot sleep or it's quite possible everyone will be dead. Sergeant Vollick signing off.

November 24, 2010

Since my last entry I sent in my report and request to have the subject Whimsicle placed back in hot sleep, however my superiors believe that her violent nature may act as a deterrent for future criminals, I however do not agree. There has not been much out of the ordinary in the passed seven days, however I wish she'd stop waving at me, she's going to get me killed and I am certain now that she is waving at me. I am not certain why I have to keep watching her, she is not stable and she clearly enjoys it. I must say that today seems fairly calm, and she has significantly reduced her number of casualties, I am guessing someone has fixed her programming? Whatever it was, her kill count is only three... OUCH! Make that four! She leapt onto that VIPER Brickbuster's shoulders and snapped his neck! How did she get through the armor? I thought that armor protected their necks, I guess not. If nothing else this psychotic clown is a creature of boundless energy, dexterity and quite deadly. I am going to appeal her being placed back into hot sleep once again. Hopefully command wont deny my request again. Sergeant Vollick signing off.

Yet again they have denied my request and instead have sent her to Vibora Bay. I really hope she doesn't wreck the place... Oh uh never mind, this place went to hell in a hand basket. I hate to say it but I hope she doesn't let us down, specially with all the evils lurking about. Unfortunately I dare not follow her any further... Wait a moment what's wrong with her? Why is she holding her head? Oh no! The scientists failed! She's rampaging! I'm getting out of here! Oh no she's coming for me! Oh god, she's too fast. -static- Get off me, you... Oh! Stop that! Damn you get off me! -feminine giggle, kissing sounds- No not my datatape! -static...silence-

I don't know what has come of her, but it seems that Whimsicle is acting purely off her emotions. Sergeant Vollick has been relieved of duty due to his previous run in with Whimsicle and Primus has assigned me, Private Danforth to pick up for the Sergeant. It appears that she is completely ignoring me, in fact she has not so much as looked in my direction, however she is currently in Club Caprice and appears to be flirting with everyone. I kind of envy her, she doesn't let anything hold her back. Okay she just pulled her claws. What is she doing? Wow! she just threatened another hero, it's a good thing that man in the suit is there, she seems to trust him. Oh good he's pulled her away, last thing we need is a hero fatality. Private Danforth covering for Sergeant Vollick, signing off.

I'm not sure what is worse, her constant mood swings or her insatiable desire to kick people down pits. All I know is that today is quite different, she seems lucid. In fact she has made reference to someone named Aechina, I'm not sure who that is, maybe it's her? Regardless she is with that man in the suit again, does he ever look feminine. They are talking about something but I can't make it out. I'm really curious what the connection between her and the man in the suit is. I will have to investigate this further. Private Danforth signing off.

I found out the man Whimsicle has been around is named Stephanos Pagodis. Apparently he runs a hotel, not sure why she would pick the most mundane person in Caprice, but apparently her interest is purely sexual, although I am curious if that is the case with her many faces, perhaps he is the one controlling her. I have been observing Whimsicle and she is in Club Caprice again, she really likes the place and I can't blame her, it's better than the holes us non-heroes get to frequent. It seems that tonight her taste has become female particularly a demon that goes by the name Xavia. It appears to me that Whimsicle has some sort of relationship with this woman... And it's quite passionate! I think I just went to heaven, they are making out in the lounge, this is awesome! I'm glad Sergeant Vollick suffered temporary insanity, cause I wouldn't trade in this moment. Oh no! Whimsicle sees me, she winked at me, this could be bad. She's turned her attention back to Xavia, thank god! This is Private Danforth... uh signing off?

January 21, 2011

I have been taken off intelligence duty of the subject Whimsicle. It appears Primus has collected enough data for her entry in the database. This being my last entry I would like to say that I sure wish that I was in Sergeant Vollick's place back in Vibora Bay, however there is no recollection of an apocalypse in Vibora Bay, so maybe I don't. Private Danforth concluding the file on Whimsicle.
