Background
April 17, 2004
At the age of six, Gabby Ashton displayed her powers for the first known time. During a game of hide 'n seek with her sisters, Gabby hid so well that for four hours no one could find her. She only appeared once again when it was dinner time, and she claimed to be hungry. When her parents asked where she was hiding, her response was "some place really good."
June 4, 2010
At the age of twelve, Gabby's beloved dog died when it was hit by a car. The young girl was grief stricken, and her oldest sister claimed that she was 'blinking' when she was crying on her bed before she vanished. The family searched for the girl all through the night, until she showed back up in the morning, once again claiming that she was hungry. Pressed once more about where she was the whole time, her reply was that she was "In my special place."
August 30, 2014
The age of sixteen saw Gabby's mother pass away due to a lengthy battle with terminal cancer. After her mother's funeral and upon the family returning home Gabby once again disappeared, this time for a day and a half. Upon her return this time her father sat down and pressed with her of where she went. Breaking down the young girl finally confessed to being able to go to a place that she called 'Heaven'. She described a world of floating patches of grass and rock, where the sky is always brightly colored and the clouds change colors. Her father realizing that his daughter was gifted took her to be examined by mutant specialist Dr. Henry Winchester. Through trial and error as well as various tests it was revealed that Gabby had the ability to 'port'. It seemed that she was able to enter a pocket dimension, traverse it and come out in a different location in our world. It was also discovered that in this dimension, time stands still.

Gabby informs her father that she will be attending college in the states. Saying to her father that the Millenium City has caught her eye, for it's vast superhero community. She expresses a desire to help people and do good in the world. Her father agrees to let her go, but gives her a suit and armored parts that his company designed. As well as giving her a small one person jump jet, with an A.I. operating systems named Benson. Gabby sets off for the sate of Michigan.

Late at night Gabby sets out into the city to take down criminals. Dubbing herself Blip and wearing a white and pink suit, she attempts to thwart a robbery. Various mistakes are made on the young girls part, and it is another hero that comes to her aide. After this incident she decides that she needs to modify her heroing tactics.
March 21, 2016
After many upgrade changes to her armor and suit, as well as practice incorporating her various life practices such as ballet, dance and self defense classes, Gabby sets out with an updated orange, white and black suit and a new name...Warp. Her first night on the town goes very well, and she decides that this is the path to hero stardom that she is going to take.
Appearance And Personality
Gabby is a vivacious and fun loving young woman. She is always up for an adventure, and her cute and quirky attitude can make light of any situation. Sometimes when she gets going, her British accent gets a bit on the thick side, and she can be hard to understand.
Powers And Abilities
Warp has the ability to 'blip' as she puts it. Each time that she ports an audible 'blip' sound is heard. It's how she came to name it that and how she got her first hero name. She has been trained in ballet and dance, as well as in self defense.
Equipment
Her suit is an experimental military body armor made by Ashton Technologies, that is too expensive for the military to produce. It is made of Nomex fire-proof, triple-weaved material that has been lined with kevlar and is also insulated against electricity.
