Time Travel Cowboy. Has a bad attitude.
He is from an alternative timeline where Rave succeeded in blowing up Mars. Then took over the Universe with his satalite death rays. Unknown to Vagabond, he is actually part cyborg because of a sickness Rave affected him with from birth. Vagabond times travel powers exist because Rave went back in time to stop a him as a foe. Because he tried to stop him in the future. And Rave also set him on paths to blindly follow an unknown enemy.
Vagabond dies from natural causes and is unable to put an end to Rave. But fear not. vagabond may return as a full cyborg from a different timeline to fight Rave some more.
