Through out history the grim reaper has made himself visible to heroic men offering contracts. When ever the reaper is defeated in said contract. The hero body or weapon become infused with reaper metal. Giving great power but also comes with a curse. They become soul stealers which absorb life in order to be used as power. If not careful could mean great destruction and lost of life.
Story is set post apocalypse so mutants and stuff may be common. Major city's are protected in domes.
Rave is a A.I. created by angel as a simulation. As a child he did thing that made him look evil. He tried to hug a deer and broke it's neck. He did not react and the nuns thought he did it on purpose Growing up he did not feel emotions. He was though to be satans child by them. He started horrendous experiments on humans at age 12. He had a genius mind but he didn't not understand what he was doing was wrong. To him life was no different than any video game simulation. He drug a orphan girl named Chastity, he was about to find out why she had hidden powers like himself (she is a half angel) but the nuns thought he was up to something else. He was sent to juvi and a mental institution.
Looking as scary as he did he was never adopted. He escaped before he was 18 as his powers started to manifest. His skin turned grey his hair turned white. He phased in and out of reality where in encounter his really self which is a beam of energy in a different dimension.
