There was a file uploaded today [[File:Mr red title 2.png]] by [[User:FolderNom]] which appears to be causing a memory leak when attempting to view it. It also prevents the use of [[Special:NewFiles]] to review new files. Is there something you can do on the site back end to manually remove this file?
