HISTORY:

Artur G. Volkov was born in june, 1962, to two Russian factory workers during the Cold War. Artur Father, Ivan Wolkov, was an ex-Russian Soldier who fought on behalf of the Russian goverment during World War II and shortly after retired. Artur Mother, a former Russian military nurse, met his father during the war and the two shortly married. After Artur birth, the two attempted to flee russia after witnessing decades of war, rebellion, and goverment opression. John family arrived in the U.S in 1963,, and were met with resentment and hostility.

Artur father attempted to find work but without any official education, and public hatred toward any Russians at the time, He was continuosly rejected from most jobs. The family was forced to leave off the street, begging and scraping by with what ever little money they could find.
