| − | Jordan Shaw was born on March 25, 1985 in Long Island, NY, and moved shortly after to Scarsdale with her father and sister due to her parents' divorce. With a successful surgeon father, she enjoyed a comfortable upbringing. Jordan attended Stuyvesant High School, participating in theater and tennis, and later attended Smith College. Though she and her father had never been close-knit, they got along peacefully until it was time for Jordan to transition into college. A wannabe artist, she had hoped to go to a Rhode Island art school, while her father encouraged her to study something more practical. Although they had reached an agreement - a double major - their relationship was never fully repaired.
