”’Origin”’

Violet Flagg is a M.C.P.D. M.A.R.S. Officer on the fast track to the S.U.O. Division. While on routine patrol she was responding to a bank robbery in progress. Little did she know her life would be changed forever. Vi was only blocks away when it happened. A green energy blast smashed the engine sending the squad car flying.

The Qularr invasion had begun!

The heavy M.A.R.S. patrol unit tumbled through the air slamming into the side of the bank where it finally landed. Vi barely escaped the explosion, the other officer wasn't as lucky. Wounded she found herself out gunned and overmatched. The Qularr bugs where everywhere. Violet decided she wasn't going down without a fight. Picking up the nearest weapons she fought back. She eventually disarmed one of the bugs and used their own alien weapons against them.

During the invasion she even rescued and arrested that cute Foxbat who escaped while she is saving a civilian from the Qularr Bugs. Freddy called her his starlet hero while escaping and he told her where she could find one of his pong guns. It came in handy while fighting Black Talon with Defender.

After the invasion Vi was recognized by Defender and Mayor Bissele who wanted to present this new unknown heroine with the key to the city for her heroic actions. Officer Violet Flagg needed to keep her identity a secret. Vi didn't have any real super powers, and worried for her family's safety. She donned a flag suit and told them the first name that came to mind.

Thus a Starlet was born...
