Adam Joseph Ryan Junior was born September 11, 1982 at Saint Paul's Hospital in Vancouver British Columbia, Canada to Adam and Sandra Ryan where he was a perfectly health child with no complications in his birth that would give him any limitations or weaknesses at his birth.

The family was extremely happy as they would live in a mansion located in Vancouver's West Point Grey area of the city where Adam Senior would continue to travel daily to AR Solution Headquarters located in the city's Financial District while Sandra would continue to handle the most important job which is raising Adam Junior which she would do with the assistance of Jeeves and the army of Nannies that she would hire to assist with the caring of Adam. Because of the success of AR Solutions the family was able to provide Adam with the silver spoon as they would provide him with all of the things that he would need growing up and not only that but could afford to provide him with the best of the best when it came to things that he needed.

As Adam got older his parents would encourage him to interact with other children his own age often signing up Adam for various activities with other children to which Adam would make friends with other children his own age and had a life much like any other child his age and it did not matter about his social status to his friends nor the parents of the other children.

Adam would always have a very active imagination which meant that he often believed in legends such as the Boogeyman and other horror monsters to which his father would always tell him a story about a group of beings called Shadowknights who would emerge from the shadows to protect the innocent when these monsters were around. From that point on whenever scared Adam would think about the Shadowknights and always felt better about the situation that he was in that had frightened him.

Things in Adam's life forever changed in what history books have come to know as the Battle of Detroit for while Adam was home under the care of Jeeves his parents were in Detroit as they were visiting the local branch of their company and were caught in the middle of the invasion by Doctor Destroyer. Adam would like many people around the world be glued to his television set as new coverage was broadcast about events occurring within the city. On the last day of the Battle Adam was shocked like many across the world when Doctor Destroyer activated his orbital weapon and caused the destruction of the city. For Adam this would be a life changing event as he would be forced to watch on the screen as the orbital weapon would destroy AR Solutions Building in the city which would claim the life of everyone inside the building which included his parents.

Under the terms of the will that was left his the Ryans Adam would be left the entire estate and Adam's care would be placed in the hands of the family butler Jeeves who would become Adam's Legal Guardian. Adam would become extremely isolated as he would choose to lock himself in his room where he would refuse to see anyone including Jeeves. Jeeves would give Adam his space believing that this was something that Adam needed to handle and figure out on his own unless the child came to him and specifically asked for his help.

For a week Adam would remain within his room as he would try to work through his feelings before finally emerging and seeing Jeeves however Adam was not the same happy child he was before the death of his parents as it seemed to Jeeves like Adam had died with his parents and someone else was left behind in Adam's body. 2 weeks after the loss of his parents Adam would return to school where he would continue to do his school work however he would not be as active with friends and other children as he had been before but Jeeves just shrugged this off figuring the Adam needed to take small steps in order to recover from the loss he had suffered.

Jeeves would come to learn that Adam would never be the same for instead of going back to the way things were before Adam got more and more isolated when it came to friends as Adam would only focus on his school work doing what needed to be done and nothing else. Jeeves would try to break the shell that Adam had put around himself as he would convince Adam to sign up for a martial arts class where Adam would begin to study Muay Thai. Adam would accept the challenge that Jeeves made to him when it came to the class where he would put as much effort into the study of Muay Thai as he did to his school work where Adam would quickly move through the ranks of Muay Thai through hard work, practice and studying.

At the age of 13 Adam would finish High School getting his Diploma to which he would begin taking online computer classes in the areas of Business Management, Business Finance, Criminology and Forensic Science finishing all 4 of them within a year. During his free time he would keep up with his training in Muay Thai where over the years he spent training he would develop himself into the highest degree black belt possible and would continue his training where he would learn from his instructors about other styles that he could study and other religions within martial arts that he could find peace in so Adam would pack a bag and would head out into the world with Jeeves as companionship as he would head to a small monastery in Tibet where he would learn about meditation in greater detail learning not only meditation but also body and muscle control learning every inch of his body and how to utilize his muscles to the best of his ability.

After spending a year with the monks learning all that he could Adam would learn from the monks about the city of Shamballah and was told that if he wanted to continue his training then he should head to the city and study with the monks. Adam would pack his belongings and by using a map provided by the monks was able to follow it to Shamballah where the monks had been expecting him and would welcome him into the city. Through the monks Adam would study many styles of martial arts developing skills in a wide range of styles as well as learning about alternative healing, global history and mythology of the ancient world.

Adam would stay within Shamballah until the age of 17 having spent 3 years within the city learning various skills that made him a skilled practitioner of martial arts so he would leave Shamballah where he would begin globe trotting as he would learn skills other then martial arts through his various travels. He would pick up skills such as Acrobatics, Slight Of Hand Illusions, Escapology, Parkour and many other skills. It was not until the age of 19 that Adam would feel that it was time to stop his traveling as he felt that he needed to do something with everything that he had learned.

Through a press conference Adam would travel to Detroit where he would stand at the grounds of his parents death were he would announce to the world that he would be exercising his right to take control of AR Solutions now that he was of age to do so and announced that he would be constructing a new building that he would call Ryan Tower with the intention of bringing business back to what was now being dubbed Millennium City as he would state he Millennium City and Ryan Tower would be the new home for AR Solutions Global Headquarters which was a move that got much public praise and support due to the fact that he was willing to make such a bold move.

Adam would begin becoming a very public figure as he would work with the members of the AR Solutions Board as well as the staff of his various divisions as he would get to meet everyone who worked for him and would make waves in the business world as AR Solutions would quickly gain notoriety as a leading company in various fields thanks to the leadership of Adam. He would also take time to attend various charity and fundraiser events for the rebuilding of Millennium City as he quickly made himself a name as someone who did what was needed to bring Millennium City into reality.

It was during this period that he would realize how bad things were in the city when it came to crime especially the Westside where he would see the DPD and eventually the newly commissioned MCPD fight various gangs operating within the city and would see that in the rebuilding process they were not a match for the gangs and were completely undermanned. Seeing how innocent people were constantly being the victim of one crime after another he was angry at what he saw but it was the witnessing of a bombing at a child daycare that pushed him over the edge and into doing something about what he was seeing.

In secret Adam would have construction done on the Penthouse and sub basement of his tower in which he would have a small team of engineers hollow out a cavern located 1,000 feet beneath the tower where Adam would begin to gather equipment much of it experimental prototypes from his company that were stored in a warehouse as they were either deemed failures or what usually happened was they were very successful but no one wanted to spend the money to mass produce the various gear. He would construct a one of a kind state of the art computer system within the cavern which he would use to monitor various crimes within the city as Adam would come to have the idea to construct a secret identity for himself where he would fight the crimes that the police were not equipped to handle.

While gathering intelligence and equipment was easy Adam found himself stuck as to what kind of identity to use for his idea as he would play with various ideas but none of them seemed to be of any good to his plans for the city and battling crime thus he would find himself at a crossroads where he would need to think about how to proceed with the future. One night during his sleep he would have a dream in which he saw himself sitting on his father's lap as his father would tell him the tale of the Shadowknights. Immediately upon waking up he would rush to the cavern where he would look through all of the equipment that he had brought with him and would begin focusing on the various armors as he would begin to design something based on his dream. After several hours Adam had come up with the design for a suit of armor which he could use to wear in order to protect himself while in the field. With a suit in place and his equipment as ready as he can be Adam would don his suit for the first time where he would stand in front of a full body mirror looking at himself as he would speak a single word...Shadowknight.

Setting out into the world Adam would begin focusing his efforts in the Westside where the MCPD as well as various criminals would quickly take note of the new player as Adam would quickly spread fear among criminals as the name Shadowknight spread out to all corners of the city. Adam would bring a sense of justice to the area that was lacking as Criminals found themselves unable to openly plan and commit their crimes and would have to find ways of conducting their business without fear of drawing the attention of Shadowknight to their operation or operations.

As Shadowknight became a success in Millennium City he wanted to branch out more and help on a global scale he would begin working alongside UNTIL where possible as he would help in battling super villain crime on a global scale. After stints with the Platinum Guardians and the Global Defense Force Adam would return to Millennium City where he continues to make the city his home base as he fights his war on crime but he does not have any issue what so ever about traveling across the global or even to other worlds if asked in order to make sure that every innocent being in the Universe knows that if they are in danger all they have to do is look to the shadows and know that a Shadowknight is there ready to do what is needed to protect them from whatever harm might cross their path.

Peak Human Physiology: Through the use of a Specialized Diet, Intense Daily Physical Exercise and Specialized Bio-Feedback Enhancements Adam has developed himself physically and mentally into the best shape possible for a man of his height and weight class where his abilities allow him to easily compete against Olympic Class Human Athletes and gives him a slight chance to stand on par with low tier Metahumans.

Peak Human Strength: Adam's strength is considered to be on par with the strength of an Olympic Class Athlete as he has been able to bench press 1,250 lbs and dead lift 1,000 lbs. He is easily able to lift the average person off the ground and hold them in the air for an indefinite period of time with a single hand. He has a level of strength that if utilized in the correct manner could allow him to knock out the average being with a single strike. He is able to punch or kick through conventional materials such as concrete or wood without having to wear his armor and without suffering any injuries.

Peak Human Speed: Adam is able to match the speed of an Olympic Class Athlete allowing him to easily out run the average being and is even able to keep pace with most conventional vehicles currently on the road. Adam is exceptionally fast for he is able to move at these speeds even while in his full armor and carrying a fully stocked utility belt.

Peak Human Agility And Reflexes: Adam is fast enough even while wearing his armor to avoid incoming attacks including gunfire even at point blank range. He has been seen avoiding the gunfire of 3 targets armed with automatic weapons and 5 targets armed with semi automatic or other slow loading weapons. He has been seen to be fast enough to catch the arrows of archers who shoot at him using nothing more then his bare hands. Adam has faced off against beings using swords where he has shown that he is fast enough to catch sword blades with his bare hands when needed to. He has shown that he is agile enough to reach heights beyond an average's person's skill to reach and has shown that he can use his surroundings to easily move around in manners that others are not capable of without undergoing similar levels of training.

Peak Human Endurance:Adam is known for being able to hold his breath for 2 minutes and 45 seconds while underwater or in environments normally hazardous to Human beings without the need of specialized breathing equipment and 15 seconds when exposed to the vacuum of Outer Space.

Peak Human Durability: Adam's muscle, skin and bone structure are slightly denser then that of the average person and it is this density that allows him to withstand various attacks directed at him even when not wearing his armor. He has been seen taking blows from the average person and easily shaking it off showing no sign that he was effected by it. Various melee weapons struck against him have been known to shatter if they are not thick enough to withstand a blow to his skin. Adam has been punches and kicked numerous times where often times unless fighting a being who is stronger then he is more times the not Adam can shrug off various blows and continue to fight without showing that any types of such strikes have effected him to any degree.

Peak Human Healing Factor: Adam has shown that with very rare and unique equipment that he is able to recover from injuries at a much faster rate then the average person where he has been able to recover in days from injuries that would normally take months if not years to fully recover from while less severe injuries has been seen to heal within a matter of a few hours. When combining his specialize equipment with someone who has medical training Adam is able to heal even faster allowing him to recover from injuries much faster so that he can get back out into the field in a timely manner.

Peak Human Stamina: Adam has shown that he is able to function for longer periods of time then the average person. When not taking part in physical activity Adam has shown that he is able to function for 3.5 days before he would tire and require sleep. When in physical activity he is able to take part in these activities for up to 6 hours straight before fatigue would settle in and start to impair his skills.

Kinesthetic Learning: Adam has shown that he is extremely skilled at learning when he have a chance to learn through hands on training or reading about something in a book rather then listening to someone talk about something or watching a video about a topic. It is this hands on learning that allowed him to master his various styles of martial arts as well as the various several topics over the course of his life.

Martial Arts: Adam would have the chance to train in various styles of martial arts some of which are not common knowledge among the modern martial arts schools. Adam has learned to utilize various techniques from various styles to come up with a style that personally suits him best where it relies on Counterattacks and blocks rather then offensive strikes to attack his foes as Adam will allow his foe to make the first move so that he can counter and respond based on the type of attack that is used against him. Through intense training and years of sparring practice he has shown that he can stand toe to toe with other martial artists even those who have been training longer then he has as he has yet to date shown that he can not fight someone equal when in a fair one on one fight. Through his training he has had a chance to learn Folk Wrestling, Bare Knuckle Boxing, Bajan Stick Licking, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Capoeira, American Karate, Collegiate Wrestling, Submission Grappling, Street Fighting, Aikido, Judo, Ju-Jitsu, Kendo, Ninjutsu, Hapkido, Taekwondo, Eskrima, Muay Thai, Wing, Chun and Krav Maga.

Melee Weaponry: During his martial arts training Adam would learn to make use of Swords, Daggers, Combat Knives, Spears, Maces, Batons, Nunchucks, Bo Staves, Sais and many other types of martial arts based weapons where he has shown that he can defend himself from a wide range of foes who utilize various weapons against him. While Adam is extremely skilled in the use of various weapons he rarely resorts to their use as he would rather rely on gadgets and martial arts to defeat his foes but makes sure to incorporate weapon training into his workouts so that he keeps his skills fresh in the events that he needs to rely on a weapon while in the field. Adam has undergone extensive training in Stick Fighting and is known to carry a pair of Retractable Batons in his boots that he will use when he feels that the situation calls for it.

Ranged Weaponry: Adam has trained in the use of various types of firearms however he does not like to resort to using them. He tends to rely on the use of Boomerangs, Shurikens, and non lethal gadget projectiles where with these weapons he is exceptionally skilled showing that he can strike targets even at far distances with ease but he is not above using lethal projectiles if all avenues have been explored and he has no other choice but to resort to the use of lethal tactics. Adam continues to add firearms into his training schedule so that in the event that he needs to rely on the use of various firearms he will have fresh skills to utilize those weapons to the best of his ability while in the field.

Stealth Movement: Adam is known for being able to move around his surroundings without drawing unwanted attention to himself or alert hostiles to his presence. Even those close to Adam are known to comment on how quiet he can be often times not knowing that Adam is present with them unless he chooses to reveal his presence. His skills come from his Ninjutsu training which he has mastered to the highest degree possible and are skills that he often resorts to using while in the field.

Infiltration: Adam is known for being able to get into places where he is not welcome and has made getting into the most secure facilities on the planet look like a piece of cake. He is known for avoiding guards as well as surveillance cameras and other security systems in place to keep out intruders. Adam is known for remaining undetected unless he wishes his presence to be known or unless it is too late for anywhere where he is breaking into in order to do anything to stop him from doing whatever it is that he broke in for in the first place. His skills are so good that he is called upon by agencies such as PRIMUS and UNTIL to test security at various facilities as they believe that if someone like Shadowknight can get into their facility that someone else with similar skills could where if he gets inside a place he is not supposed to be he will offer suggestions to better security in order to keep others from doing what he had just done.

Deductive Reasoning: Adam is known for his fast mind where he is able to solve puzzles much faster then other people around him. Once beginning his work as Shadowknight Adam has shown that he is able to solve crimes with fewer pieces of evidence then even seasoned police officers and is able to come to the correct suspect to a crime that he looks into with much less evidence then others need. In his guise as Shadowknight Adam will assist in solving crimes especially the crimes that have police officers baffled as to who their suspect is and more importantly why they committed the crime that they did.

Psychological Warfare: Adam is known to rely on less the approved methods of getting information from criminals especially when he needs information on a crime that is about to be committed so that he can get the information that he needs in order to prevent that crime from occurring. He has utilized various methods of torturing criminals such as holding them upside down off the side of a building, dropping them from heights only to catch him before hitting the ground, beating them into talking and many other forms many of which are not really approved by law enforcement and other heroes and things that might make the weak stomached to get squeamish. He will only use these types of tactics if all other avenues have been explored and deemed failures while time is ticking down and information is needed now and not later.

Parkour: Adam has learned various techniques of Parkour allowing him to move around his surroundings with ease even while in the heat of combat where he is known for using his surroundings to his advantage especially when facing off against beings who are stronger and more powerful then he is.

Inventive Mind: Adam is known for his creative mind as many of the gadgets and pieces of equipment that he uses are infact custom made designs with much of his equipment not found on any market or made available anywhere else on the planet. Most if not all of the equipment that he uses is of his own design and he is known for spending time designing new equipment based off his experiences in the field or when a new idea pops into his mind.

Kinesthetic Learning: Adam has shown that he is able to learn at an exceptionally fast rate when he is able to learn through hands on training. How exactly he does this is not known but it is because of this that he has been able to learn various forms of Martial Arts and other skills much faster then other people his age and is one of the skills that he constantly uses to learn things that he needs to make him a better hero in the fastest manner possible.

Polymath: Despite being only 16 years old Adam has learned and mastered subjects which those twice his age struggle to understand completely. Human Factor: Adam Ryan is a Human Being possessing no Superhuman or Supernatural Based Abilities. While At The Peak Condition For A Human Being Of His Height And Weight Class Adam Is Still Susceptible To The Weaknesses Of Any Other Human Such as Aging, Disease, Illness, Drugs, Toxins, Alcohol and many other factors that effect Humans.

Utility Belt Size: Adam is limited in what he can bring into the field with him by the size of the utility belt that he wears at all times in the field. Adam has made his belt as large as possible to carry as much as possible but he is only able to hold so much at any given time which could limit his options in a fight.

Gadget Reliance: Adam has no Superhuman or Supernatural Based Abilities which means that when facing Metahumans or beings with such abilities Adam is often considered the Underdog of the Fight thus he finds himself forced to rely on his gadgets in these cases in order to give him a chance of standing his ground against beings more powerful and stronger then he is.

Avoidance In Killing: Adam does not like to kill unless all other avenues have been exploited which means that he often times draws out a fight in order to prolong it so that he can subdue a criminal rather the killing them which may or may not leave Adam open to an attack or throw himself off guard just enough to leave him open to an attack.

Shadowknight Armor: The Shadowknight Armor is a custom design that Adam came up with and had produced through the resources of his company AR Solutions. The armor is a one of a kind design that affords the highest degree of protect possible out of body armor without having to go into various metallic substances being found within various Power Armors. Listed below are some of the features of the Shadowknight Armor that are afforded to anyone who is able to wear the armor.

• Reinforced Armor Plating: The Shadowknight Armor is designed using the best military grade body armors possible affording a high level of protection against a wide range of attacks that the wearer might find themselves on the wrong side of. The armor is composed of a double layer of protection which on their own might not be the best protection but when combined in the way that the design of the armor uses the combination of protection to protect the wearer from the harms crime fighting brings. The first layer is a skin tight bodysuit made of Dragon Skin, Gore-Tex and Nomex fiber strands which provides a material that is bullet, fire, tear and shock resistant. The skin tight suit is able to keep the internal temperature of the wearer at the same temperature that is considered room temperature which is 37.6 degrees ensuring that no matter where the wearer might be they will maintain a comfortable body temperature and will not be effected by the hot or cold conditions of the environment that the wearer finds themselves in. The second layer is composed of combination Lightweight Titanium and Kendrium Plating over vital areas of the wearer which are bulletproof, tear proof and can provide protection against a wide variety of elemental forces. Thanks to the combination of protection Adam has yet to find himself totally vulnerable to the attacks of his enemies where his armor has too date been able to provide him with at least some protection against the various attacks directed at him which he can negate completely through careful movements or the various gadgets that he keeps with him.
  
  
• Armored Cowl: This cowl does far more then just protect the identity of Adam for it has been incorporated with various pieces of technology that allows Adam to perform feats and pick up on things that others might not pick up on or miss. A specialized pair of lenses are able to drop down over the eye sockets of the cowl which is able to filter various visual spectrums allowing for the wearer to pick up on things that are normally outside the regular Human ability to see on their own. The lenses are able to filter in Night Vision, Low Light, Thermal, Spectrographic and X-Ray Visions allowing for them to see many things beyond the sight of others. While the visual lenses are dropped down they are able to run a targeting program that can assist the wearer is lining up a shot to ensure that they can strike a target that they need to especially when landing a hit at the right spot it critical. The Cowl is made of the same material as the rest of the armor with the only difference being that the cowl has a degree of lead in the material that protected the identity of the wearer from X-Ray Technologies and beings with X-Ray Visions. In order to avoid any unauthorized persons from removing his cowl the unit has a small electrical field generator which is able to provide an electrical current that can incapacitate a person trying to remove the cowl without knowing how to do so safely.
  
  
• Armored Gloves: The gloves of the armor are made of the same material as the rest of the armor however the knuckles of the gloves have been reinforced with solid Questionite in order to allow the wearer is able to strike harder with punches and kicks then normally would be possible and to strike foes or objects without fear of damaging their hands by striking targets that are harder then what they should normally be able to hit.
  
  
• Armored Boots: Much like the gloves the boots are made of solid Questionite to ensure that any kicks made by the wearer will be harder and stronger then normal allowing them to strike foes and objects without fear of damaging their feet with blows that could injure them. The soles on the boots can retract to reveal a set of small thrusters which are able to propel the wearer into the air in order to make use of the glide cape or to jump to heights in order to reach something beyond their normal jumping height or to jump up into the air in order to perform a martial artist technique from the air. The soles are able to be magnetized at the push of the button which can allow the wearer to stick to any metallic surface for as long as the magnetic field is able to be maintained. Inside on the back of the boots are a specialized holster which houses a custom made taser baton made of Solid Kendrium which when needed can conduct an electrical charge and is something that Adam will use mostly when facing off against foes who are more powerful and stronger then he is.
  
  
• Micro Wrist Computer: On the left wrist of the armor is a state of the art micro computer designed to provide computerized equipment while in the field. The Micro Computer is designed to connect to the Shadow-Wave Computer located in the Shadow-Cavern which allowed Adam complete access to his main computer system without having to return to one of his hideouts in order to gain information or use specialized programs that are found only on the main computer. Aside from the various programs that can be run through the main computer the Micro Computer has a Built In Remote Control and a Built In Explosive Detonator allowing him to control his various vehicles, control his Support Drones and trigger explosives or other devices that have been tied into the detonation system. The Micro Computer is able to control the security features of armor, cowl and the utility belt allowing the system to be turned on or off at the push of a button and requiring the entering of a small security code before the system can be shut down where the security feature is designed to protect the wearer if any unauthorized beings get hold of the computer and try to shut off the system or effect any of the armor's systems which are controlled by the Wrist Computer.

Shadowknight Power Armor: This version of the armor was designed to allow Adam to face off against Superhuman beings as the armor has the same features as his regular armor however it comes with much stronger armor plating which affords him the protection needed to face beings stronger then he is. The suit has a retractable cape that can be retracted or extended at the press of a button which is useful in close quarter fights as he can not trip on his cape nor have it be used against him by his enemies. The suit is equipped with added features such as Energy Cannons, Rocket Launchers, Missile Launchers, Micro Munition Launchers and several other Non Lethal Deterrents to increase the chances that the wearer has to defeat beings who are considered to be stronger then they are. Adam has developed a standard Power Armor as well as a Gigantic Version allowing him to have a range of options to face beings of various size as the situations call for either of the suits to be used.


Combat Support Drones: Adam has taken military grade drone technology and converted it for his needs as a hero as he felt that in some circumstances he might need extra help while in the field in the terms of either military grade weaponry or distraction effects in order to assist Adam against foes that he is having trouble defeating on his own. AR Solutions Satellite Network: AR Solutions has launched a series of satellites into orbit which the company uses as part of a weather monitoring system however Adam secretly installed a High Energy Particle Cannon into each satellite with the intention to fire off massive energy blasts from orbit. Adam has yet to deploy this weapon system but has it in position and is ready in the event that Adam encounters a situation where he is required to use this weapon. Aside from being a sophisticated weapons system Adam is able to use the satellites to monitor events across the globe so that he can monitor crime on a global scale and get intelligence anywhere within view of his network at anytime he needs to access the information.


Utility Belt: Adam wears what appears to be a standard Utility Belt which he uses to house the various gadgets and pieces of equipment that he brings into the field with him. In order to protect against unauthorized access to his belt and the equipment stored within Adam as incorporated a security feature which at the press of a buttons locks down the belt preventing it from being opened until the lockdown is ended through a code entered into the Micro Wrist Computer. Those attempting to open the pouches while the system is active will find themselves suffering from an electrical shock that can disable or stun them for a period of time.

The Shadow-Cavern: Located 1,000 feet beneath Millennium City over the site that was built into Ryan Tower is the home base for Adam's activities as Shadowknight. This cavern has been hollowed out to the exact specifications of Adam himself so that the space would be maximized to the needs of Adam. This cavern has been housed with the most sophisticated and state of the art equipment much of which has been personally designed by Adam himself and has not been made available to the public including law enforcement agencies such as PRIMUS or UNTIL. • Shadow-Wave: Shadow-Wave is a state of the art computer system which is classified as a super computer as it is able to process vast amounts of information in a short period of time and is unlike any super computer currently in operation anywhere else on the planet. By being connected to the internet Shadow-Wave has a vast database at its disposal when analyzing data in a much faster and more efficient manner then law enforcement or military agencies could do. Thanks to a special deal made with PRIMUS, MCPD, UNTIL, FBI and other various agencies Adam has access to their networks further increasing his access to information especially information that is not available to the public. Shadow-Wave is tied into the MCPD at all times monitoring emergency dispatch channels in order to monitor emergencies throughout the city and can alert Adam to situations where he may be needed to assist local law enforcement especially if it involves Super Villain Crimes.
  
  
• Armor Vault: The Armor Vault is much like a secure bank vault where Adam houses his various armor suits. He has made several spare suits in the event that he damages a suit while in the field ensuring that he always has a suit ready in emergency. The vault has an area where he has setup a small workbench where he can construct new suits, experiment on new armor designs or make repairs to any suit that he has damaged in the course of his work.
  
  
• Equipment Vault: Much like the Armor Vault this vault is used to house the various equipment that he uses in the field. He has stockpiled much of his equipment so that he has what he needs at any given time when something comes up that requires his attention. He keeps at least 4 belts stocked and ready to go in an emergency and can add or subtract from a belt based on the situation he is planning on entering and what he thinks he might need and what he might not need. Like the Armor Vault Adam has placed a small workbench in the Equipment Vault for the times that he dreams up a new gadget and needs a place to create a prototype that he can test or if he needs to make repairs or adjustments to an existing gadget before entering the field or after returning from a situation.
  
  
• Vehicle Maintenance Bay: Adam uses this space when needing to make repairs or upgrades to his various vehicles as this area houses the special equipment needed to work on the various vehicles that Adam has in his arsenal. He stores all of his vehicles in the Bay and tinkers with them when he has an idea in his head for an upgrade or if he needs to make repairs to a vehicle that has been damaged in the field.
  
  Forensic Science Station: Adam set this small area up for the times when he gathers evidence which he needs to process. His state of the art equipment allows him to rival the equipment of the finest Crime Scene Unit anywhere on the planet where he can get results much faster then any other lab could as he can do the work that needs to be done and does not have to prioritize his results based on cases or overload himself with multiple cases as he can focus on what information he needs at any given time.

Ryan Tower: Ryan Tower was one of the first buildings in Millennium City to open following the Battle of Detroit and the renaming of the city. Ryan Tower is the headquarters for AR Solutions and is where Adam lives in the Penthouse which has been setup to exploit his billionaire lifestyle and give him a place where he can host parties and events that could show he is not serious enough to be anyone other then an underage rich playboy which can throw off anyone who might suspect what he does with his spare time outside the public eye. • Kitchen: This Kitchen is fully equipped with the latest in Kitchen gear and is constantly stocked with a wide range of foods, drinks and ingredients so that Adam or his Kitchen Staff can make anything that Adam would want at any given time.
  
  
• Office: Adam has a desk set up in what he calls the office which is an open room which he has setup with a solid oak office desk and a comfortable leather chair so that he can work in private when he needs to conduct business in private.
  
  
• Shadow Terminal: This computer is a miniaturized version of the Shadow-Wave terminal found in the Shadow-Cavern which is able to connect to the main terminal so that Adam can access his network without having to head into the Shadow-Cavern in order to access any information from the terminal.
  
  
• Emergency Stockpile: Adam designed a Panic Room located within his Office area where he has stored a fully stocked utility belt and a suit of his armor so that in the event of an emergency when he is at home and unable to reach the Shadow-Cavern or if time is of the essence then he will use this supply and restock it later.
  
  
• Emergency Lockdown: Adam's office area has a lockdown feature which is able to secure the office room in which Kendrium Wall Panels deploy to seal the office from the rest of the building and also seals the windows preventing anyone from getting in or out of the room until the lockdown is ended. Once the lockdown is in place security features prevent anyone outside the room from being able to get into the room or use surveillance technology in order to access information from within the room while the lockdown is in place allowing those within the room to talk without noisy neighbours or eavesdroppers from learning anything that they do not need to listen to.
  
  Shadow-Base: Located on the moon the Shadow-Base was constructed by Adam's father where it was originally built for AR Solutions as a place to study various plants and medicines while in Zero-G environments. Adam has shifted resources to the base without drawing attention to its presence making the Shadow-Base a place that Adam can use as a place of operations when needing a place that is isolated. Currently the vault is empty but Adam has it ready to go when he comes across the first item that he thinks needs to be stored within the vault or if someone else asks him to keep something secured as the vault is the most secure place that he has access to.

  • Missile Silos: Adam has several silos which house missiles that can be fitted with various warheads so that they can be launched against intergalactic threats to the Earth before they have a chance to reach the planet so that in the event of invasion Adam might be able to take out some of the threat before they can reach the planet. Due to the destructive power that many of these warheads of these missiles have Adam has yet to find a situation where he has had to resort to the use of these weapons however he is ready to use them should the day come that he needs to rely upon their use to solve a situation.
