Revolver Ocelote is a magically transformed cat-man from an alternate dimension armed with a pair of Colt Peacemakers that fire “Ghost Bullets” who is the arch enemy of the vigilante, Krimzon. Or, at least, that’s what she claims.

History
(Taken from a transcript of an interview with Krimzon on blackhats.net, a website about vigilantes. Additional comments by PRIMUS analysts)
“Okay, so, Revolver Ocelote, my arch-nemesis. Sorry Monty, you’re only a rival at best. This guy’s the number one out for my blood. Anyway, where should I start with him?”
“From what I’ve gathered, RO was once a German archaeologist by the name of Felix Kruger. Don’t bother looking him up, as he’s from an alternate reality.” (Which, of course, means that there’s no way to verify what she’s saying. Rather convenient that) “Guy was somewhat overeager, and prone to acting without thinking. This got the better of him during an expedition into the Amazon Basin; he apparently found a lost temple with a shrine to the Ocelot God or something, with a massive jewelled amulet on the altar.”
“Of course, being the impulsive guy he was, he put the thing on straight away, something no smart person should ever do. The amulet’s guardian spirit bound to him, transforming him into a savage Ocelot-man-beast-thing, stripping him of his intelligence and humanity while, at the same time, granting him superhuman powers. He roamed the jungle for the next few years, little more than a bestial guardian of the site.” (Given that there were apparently no witnesses to these events save for Kruger himself, there is no feasible way that she could know all this)
“Kruger eventually hooked up with his world’s version of Stalker; the pair of them apparently sharing some strange psychic bond. They would work together for some time, Stalker giving him the name ‘Ocelote’. Stalker formed up a villain group called ‘Los Assassins’ or something to that effect, with Ocelote as one of its members.” (Again, we have no way to verify any of this, save for taking her word for it)
“Los Assassins tangled with several hero groups, including their world’s version of the Champions team. As an interesting aside, that team consists of Defender, Quantum, Solitaire, Obsidian, Seeker and Jaguar – who appear in this world’s comic books. You might want to look into this interesting parallel.” (Again, no proof of what she’s saying) “At some point, the team was defeated, with most of its members either dead or fleeing. And that’s where things get interesting.”
“One of their members was a guy known as Tombstone Kid, a Zombie cowboy who was armed with a pair of Colt Peacemakers that fired ‘ghost bullets’, sort of like my own guns with their Schrödinger’s Bullets. Furthermore, it seemed that his guns were somehow tied to mine. Maybe they came from the same universe after all.”
“Anyways, after Ocelote and I crossed paths – no, I’m not going to say where or when, that’s all still classified - ” (Convenient that) “After we fought, he was drawn to Kid’s grave. He took the guns from his fallen counterpart, and decided to hunt me. From what I can tell, the guns were reacting to mine, compelling him to go after me. I can’t say how much of his hatred for me is him and how much is those weapons, but there’s definitely some bizarre bond between his guns and mine.”
“The other thing is that they seem to have restored some of his intelligence. While he can’t speak, he’s also a lot smarter than he was when we first met, being clearly self-aware and, more to the point, an intelligent predator. So intelligent that he was able to breach the barriers between realities and follow me here. Oh, and he’s also amassed a small army of ghost cowboys to help him; it seems that the souls of those that Tombstone Kid slew are also drawn to the weapons, and seem to serve them.” (So, just to summarise: A dimension-travelling mystical cat-man armed with ghost guns and an army of ghost cowboys. Does she even think this sounds plausible?)
“So he’s definitely out to get me, and has an army to back him up. All I need to do is get to him first.” (This is all we have on this supposed ‘Revolver Ocelote’; while we can confirm the creature exists, I think it’s safe to say that all this information is false)
Powers/Abilities
Revolver Ocelote’s magical transformation gave him the powers and abilities of the great cats; he is incredibly fast and agile, a swift and silent hunter. His strength and stamina were also enhanced to superhuman levels, while he also possesses wickedly sharp claws and fangs. Finally, his senses are enhanced well beyond the human norm, including night vision.
However, his most dangerous abilities are not those inherent to him, but rather the twin Colt Peacemakers that he carries. The guns dot not fire bullets, rather they “shoot” bolts of psychokinetic energy that seem to emulate the effects of normal bullets. They do not require ammunition, and instead seem to feed of Ocelote’s own energy. They also do not appear to work for anyone else.
Ocelote has one weakness; he is dependent on the amulet that he wears, as it is the source of the guardian spirit that transformed him. Removing it would either kill him or, at the very least, severely weaken him.
Personality
Nothing of Felix Kruger remains in Revolver Ocelote. Rather, he is an oft savage killer, one that seems to be driven by inexplicable, supernatural urges. While he is compelled to seek out Krimzon and her weapons, he is far from a mindless hunter. Sly and cunning, he goes beyond simple animal intelligence in his level of planning and coordination. He is a patient and careful hunter, not striking until he feels that the time is right for him to act.
Ocelote is unable to speak, instead communicating in feline growls and roars. There is no evidence that he can create a coherent sentence. However, his minions are able to understand him, apparently controlled through a psychic link to the guns.
Appearance
Revolver Ocelote is a bipedal feline humanoid; standing about 1.8 meters tall when fully upright, he has a lean, sleek and trim build. His form is unmistakably that of a great cats, with a cat-like head and fur covered body. His eyes are green, while his fur is yellow and white with black spots.
While clad only in his fur, Revolver Ocelote does wear two items of apparel; the first is the mystic amulet that gave him his powers; a glowing blue gem set into an elaborate golden frame. He also wears a western gunslinger’s belt with two holsters that contain the ghost guns. He seems to make no effort to disguise his nature.
