During their time within the United Justice Coalition, they never truly believed that they would take his leave from the group; never believed they would leave in order to bring foundation to their own group.  Albeit if it were not for the new insight and perception on the world as a whole, the pair of them may have seldomed to gone forward with the notion; Jason Phillips and Viktor Wandell saw far too much violence and deceit within the everyday lives of the innocent, the powerless, the otherwise neglected civilians if not for the apparant vanguards of the City.  With such an opinion on the delivering corruption, 'Redemption Incorporated' was brought into carnation.  The group does not particularly allign itself with what is considered good, evil nor what is inbetween, but to aspire to a utopia of it's own accords; a utopia where both superhuman and human cultures and societies are able to live intertwined without the necessary damages, collateral or otherwise, that are involved with safeguarding the world in general.

Be it using abilities in a secondary manner, Redeemers do not consider themselves above or against the law.  Redeemers are a group derived by phenomenal powers that adhere to a vision where all people will have good health care, where all people will no longer starve, where all will have a good education.  All under what is accepted by the law and the public; isn't that worth changing the world for?

Redemption Incorporated centres their attention along a broad baseline of activities.  However the general appliances and primary objectives are always that of making a difference; causing an impact to society that would advance it forwards--  for example, revoking the fat cat politicians that live high on tax payer dollars while those paying the taxes were living lives of squalor by comparison --we would attempt to exploit the means and subjects of corruption that many would leave untouched to the best of our ability and freedom, though most cases of such quality would be placed under operational deniability.  There are plenty of other agencies and groups that focus solely on criminals and other villainous types, though it is not to say that we don't input our own fair trade of the distinct 'heroing' Millennium City presents.  Albeit it is not the main cause, just a completely viable option to both the individual and the group.

Subsidiary Companies
Redemption has many subsidiary companies, which may have been created from within the corporation itself, or brought out and integrated into the group:

* Mysticism - the arcanism branches, coined to counter the possible dangers of the recent Qliphothic outbreaks and any future occurances.

* Pharmaceuticals - the medical R&D branch of the corporation, also the arguably most focused-on area.

* Technologies - the technical branch, constantly developing unique, beneficial pieces of equipment and cybernetics.

* Security - the defensive weaponry branch.  Some of their designs, such as anti-missile regimes are already in place around the world.

Redemption isn't bode of only a corporation of people, but as an entire global movement; taking their superpowered notions to those who need it.  They may be controversial in their methods but they can have good information for those aspiring to make a difference.  As well as being broker's, there are always those who make an active movement to deal with any sophisticated issues.  Their home, central headquarters is publicly accessable to an extent within Downtown, Millennium City: marked with their symbolic sphere, as are all their other buildings they own.

The four subsidiary sections that were mentioned before also deal with specific problems to their own nature:

:Arcanus/Mysticism: is the Modern Arcane Guild of Investigation.  Quite suggestively they research and investigate issues of a magical nature, mostly tending to the dangers of DEMON, sub-sections of VIPER and strong focus to that of the Qliphothic realm.  This area of the corporation are in high collaborations with The Cruciform Sword, a completely seperate and independent group whose purpose is to safeguard items of magical power and value.  This branch has the most main offices spread around Millennium City and Vibora bay.

:Triage/Pharmaceuticals: the area that researches and investigates scientific and medical issues.  May it to be deducing the workings of genetic traits and the phenomenal powers they can possibly pass on or fundamentally fixing alien-natured health problems, the Pharmaceuticals are practically always on the matter with flawless conclusions and outcomes.  Many members of this section also decide to work in hospitals and other health-based workings.  These are the medics, healers and surgeons of the group, obviously tending to many other Redeemers after specific dangerous assignments: as well as the public whom require such remedies.  There is only one main central office currently in operation, which is far Westside, Millennium City.

:Aegis/Technologies: a division of the that researches and investigates technical issues.  Highly specialised in the future of technology and the progression of what is released openly, this division is much of the public face and relation of the group in conjunction with the Pharmaceuticals.  Currently developing bio-organic circuitry fused with nanofibre productions in order to solve problems of the physically handicapped minorities.  On a parallel line, these are the ones that provide Redeemers with equipment, as well as the acting as overseers of missions.  Feeding through newly gained information via the communication units.  These are also tasked with gaining information on the operations, and detailed up-to-date profiles on subjects and targets, though mostly avoiding conflict if at all possible.  Simultaneously, there are current collaborations with the Security division for effective developments as well as apparant trade-offs to the United Justice Coalition.  Main housing branches are all over Millennium City.

:Vanguard/Security: a division that researches and investigates natural issues of the general public.  Inspired by a long disbanded group, who hated the fat cat politicians that lived high on tax payer dollars while those paying the taxes were living lives of squalor by comparison-- the Security division attempts to exploit the means and subjects of such corruption that many would leave untouched, alongside being the general heroing branch on the occasion.  However, the safeguarding section mostly acts apon very difficult and, as previously mentioned, untouched matters.  High risks are taken, though all members are given the responbility to act as they deem necessary.  There are two main central Security offices currently at bay: the martial dojo themed office in both Millennium City, and Vibora Bay.

According to public record, Redemption consents a private security agency hired by Millennium’s wealthiest families as well as through self-funding and sponsorship.  Yet the public face masks the true nature of this dangerous strike force.  Behind the facade, a sector of Redemption in itself is infact the dark arm of a crusade for justice.  Jason Phillips was increasingly worried by the limitations placed upon the heroes of Millennium City, and so he created an agency behind closed doors to carry out those ambiguous tasks that many are unwilling to perform.  Firm believers in the notion that the ends justify the means, yet also to consider the existance of the law without effective bending; walkers between the line of heroes or mercenaries, though very careful still, to obide to the law.  It draws its ranks from around the globe, searching for those whose lives have been shattered at the hands of malevolence and tradegy to grant them a chance to essencially redeem, so to speak.

Jason Phillips keeps this role in the activities of Redemption well hidden from much of the public, knowing that such activities would never be sanctioned to a world unprepared for change.  He had to do this carefully in order to bring about an un-oppressed freedom and utopia that he so envision, after all; peace under an illusion can never stand as true peace.  Organized as a paramilitary-like force, such members of Redemption work their way up the ranks, gaining access to increasingly broadened armoury and tech in elevation to being assigned more prestigious missions as they advance.  All members are highly encouraged to focus on two things in particular; to aegis the entire global community's interest and well-being as a whole and to the individual, and to stride away the long and short term issues that many heroics shy away from-- the ultimate revoking of suffering and evil.
