BIO
Reaper is the "punk, youngster and rebel" type of person. Some folks stay away from him because of his mask, some because of his attitude, but he is polite in some way. He is 100% human, no claws, no super power and this is the reason why he hates "wanna be" heroes.
Everyone calls him reaper because he took the lives of many dangerous criminals around the city without being arrested. The citizens of the west side know him as a hero while the cops believe he is a dangerous suspect walking around the city freely.

There are some rumors that Steve took the name of Reaper, one of the Super Hero to infiltrate the club.
Description
Reaper looks like a Biker or raider, his outfit is dirty like if he came out from a desert or a sandbox. He does not seem to be very friendly, especially when his hidden face quite looks creepy for the children. He is wearing an old google and it has a crack on the left side and somewhat bright when it is in touch with the light.
When he walks or stands some times, he does not walk like a normal person, he bangs his head all the time, until there's a conversation.
By the look of his muscularity, he does not seem to be strong... In fact, you could barely say he has muscles. You cannot tell what his face looks like since he doesn't show it,
but he shows his long brown hair pulled back.
Personality
Oh boy, where to start… Reaper can be friendly… SOMETIMES… but if you are the “demon slutty” whatever you want to call yourself, I have one word for you… Run…. Reaper will attempt to flirt, drag and even annoy whoever is standing in his way. “Why?” Well, it is because he is a true “lowlife biker”. You can tell Reaper is a bit selfish, sadistic, immature jerk to strangers, but if you are, his pal or barely know him. He can go all friendly to you, but still being an immature jerk at the end.
Of course, for most of the time, he will attempt to make him sillier to think he is far superior to the others {COUGH}.
Weapon, abilities and vehicle
For his handgun, he uses a glock 17. Quick and easy to shoot, but it is only the accuracy the problem.
For his Rifle gun, he uses an AK-47. You heard me, one of the most common weapons people will use to terrorize.
Tossing; Grenades, they go boom… nothing much to say about it.
For a lonely wanderer, he is a good sharpshooter; he is able to spot a bird at 1 km… He is not a super human and we cannot expect much.

[QUICK HISTORY REVIEW]
Reaper was born in a wasteland, a wasteland full of bandits and monster, but lucky for him… His family was part of a bandit group known as the 3-eyes skull. Reaper never had a great education, but he followed his conscious all the times. While the gang was committing murders and pillages in the back of Reaper, he was simply practicing himself at firing with a rifle against soup cans during his young age. Now that he is older and “barely read a few books”. He decides to leave his “clan” at the age of 16 and wanders off on his own path… away from all the killings and other stuffs we would not want to know.
Years passed and he finally ended up in the street of Millennium city like a homeless person, but a homeless person with guns! Therefore, at the end, he was sleeping on the roof of a building until he heard a scream and in this moment, he looks down at the direction of the victim. She was being harassed by some Maniac thugs. The first thing that came in mind was; shoot at the clown's head with a bullet. He picked up his rifle and {BANG} His life changed forever. After he done it several time, a few people know him as a “hero” and called him the reaper, but it soon turned out the Cops accused him of murders and assaults for defending the victims… in other word, he was a threat and a fugitive to the authority.
The Story
The environment of Reaper is a wasteland like the new version of the desert in Champion Online; Dark, a bit radiated and ruins everywhere. Raiders and bandits would normally hang in these kinds of places. The location of this so-called wasteland is still unknown since no one want to talk about it.
The 3-eyes Skull is a group of human bandits who first committed thievery before they went into a much cruel level. Their appearances are not something you will see in the first class; dirty clothes, belts, masks, chains, skulls and even spikes like, replacing their hairs by metal piecing. Their attitudes are maniac and psycho; plenty of them has no morals and even those who has some, had to shut their mouth and follow what they have been asked for.
Their new leader; “Sledge” is brutal and barbaric. He does not raid for money, foods or survival but mostly to entertain himself and slaughtering for him is like music to his ears. His description; he has long dirty brown hair with a moustache, wearing an eye patch and has a large tattoo on the arms. He committed several murders, tortures and he was much worse than his own gang was. In addition, he is... the big brother of Reaper!
Reaper in this story wanted to take over his big brother’s place after he heard the injustice Sledge committed to his friends. He decided to lead a team to get out of this nightmare instead. They walked in the middle of the wasteland for days and weeks until other bandits with their jeeps decided to chase them. After some firing exchange and some explosions, Reaper was separate from his group due to one of the jeep chasing him off the edge and forced him to jump and he landed in a river down the cliff. He walked off thinking it was the best idea that he was separated from his group after all..
Why Joining VIPER?
The reason for Reaper to join the VIPER was, of course, the reason of hate and the money. With the corruptions and the tax increasing, he and some folks have to find a way to survive in this cruel world.
It was his only solution and did he regret it? Not at all, it opened a new reason to go forward in this life. He was then transferred into The First Regiment of VIPER and promoted to Private and secret recruiter.

- Living or knowing the place Westside, He might be your neighbor, but also… it’s the guy who lives on a roof.
- Wasteland or desert expert; you can easily tell by reaper’s look that he was a raider or bandit from the wasteland… then you would probably wonder why is he doing here. In addition, if you were a criminal in the same desert, maybe you might know each other.
- Biker; Yep, chilling in a bar with bikers most of the time and you probably seen his motorcycle outside.
