Bio: All that is known about this individual is that he has lived in Millenium City for the last 7 years. He has dawned the mantle of Instinct and has served as both a vigilante and bounty hunter for the last 5 years. Instinct obtained his powers after having been nearly killed during a mugging incident 7 years ago while on vacation with his girlfriend. He resisted his attacker and thus was severely wounded. Girlfriend was knocked unconcious and a bystander who has yet to be identified helped Instinct's girlfriend and brought Instinct back to his lab. Instinct has no recollection of the immediate events after his attack.

Powers: Psionic abilities of Telekinesis and limited Telepathy. Also has been infused with nanites that repair tissue of him and those around him.

*Has a psionic helmet that amplifies his powers. He rarely takes it off when he is out in public.
