Origin
Randy is the child of an ex-heroine known as Tele-Patty, an Empyrean woman who once protected Millennium City in her early days. One day while on patrol, she met a human who was trying to rob a bank. Using her quick wits, she prevented him from doing this act and carried him to talk with him about what he was doing. After their talk, and what was actually a date, they fell in love and were deciding on settling down.
Years past, and they had a few children and lived in Millennium City. Randy was the only one born with mental control which was inheritied from his mother. His mother made a suit that would enhance his abilities, just like he already knew how to use them, which was also done for his brother Daniel. He became the hero we know today as Psy-Bee!
Powers
Telekinesis: Moving things with your mind, constructing many things with his imagination.
Telepahty: Mind over matter, also known as mental control over anything that breathes.
Flight: Flying is one of his favorite modes of transportation, which also happens to be one his powers.
Equipment
Bee-suit: The suit that he wears is custom tailored for his body type, made by his mother and empowers him as well as controls his abilities.
Comm-link: Uses this to contact his brother, mother, father or to contact UNTIL, PRIMUS, UNITY.
