Leonard is the son of Stuart Breaker, professor of literature at Harvard University and avid collector of antique books. One day, his father recieved a book from an antique store in Prague, Czechia containing legends of the Prague jews, especially the life of Jehuda ben Bezel’el Loew. With the book came several loose pages written in latin language he handed to his 15 year old son to test his skills in the old language. Annoyed of the ardous task at first, Leonard quickly discovered the pages were notes about the Golem of Prague, a legend he had always been fascinated with. He kept excusing himself to his father that "he wasn't done yet with the pages" while searching the college libraries, his fathers collection and the internet for cross references. He came across the legend of a man, a failed student who had studied at several universities across europe but never finished his studies, who had come to Prague to find and revive the Golem as his personal servant.
Although that man had died in a failed ritual Leonard decided to try it out anyway. After all, he wasn't looking for a servant, what fascinated him was that the Golem had been created to protect his people, just like the superheroes of today did. So he went to recreate the ritual, using an action figure of his favourite heroine instead of a clay figure, and actually had partial success.
He kept his abilities secret for years while he researched ways to improve his creations, and by the time he was eightteen for a few weeks a crude figure had been busting up street thugs at night. His real hero career only began much later though, when he started going out to patrol the streets at night with his creations.

Appearance

Prague is a man of rather unremarkable appearance. Normal build, blonde hair, blue eyes, face usually covered in stubble. He does appear young for his age, but not more then could be explained with good genes. His outfit consists of a wide coat and a large hat covering much of his features and casting his face in shadows.

Abilities

Powers

Animation - Prague can magically animate dead matter as golems. The more humanoid the original form it, the easier and faster the process is for him. Over the years he discovered ways to improve his creations either by equipping them with mundane or enchanted add-ons or by using shapes that have a mystical meaning his magic recognizes. Magical constructs can have an illusion of sentience, but it's really an extension of his subconcious making them act in ways he expects them to.
Crude golems can be created on the spot if there is a humanoid shape nearby (like a statue, doll, or similar), but the more sophisticated ones require more time and preparation.

Aura of Strength - Prague pushes life energy around himself, invigorating and temporarily strengthening anyone affected by the aura

Healing - As he realized that he was basically channeling life into things he created a spell that worked on living beings. He can heal non lethal wounds, and ease the symptoms of disease (but not remove them, although he can help the body fight them off).

Life Drain - He can also magically rip life energy from an opponent to weaken and damage them. The life energy can be used to heal himself and others around him.

Reviving - People on the verge of dieing can be brought back by an infusion of life energy. However, once the persons spirit is departed any attempt to revive them would just create another soulless golem. Also, the spell cannot prevent death of old age.

Skills

Prague can read and translate several old languages, including latin, greek, and hebrew. He is an expert in researching information and finding his way around books. He knows enough about magic to assist other mages in their work and has some knowledge about enchanting.

Equipment

Prague usually carries a revolver for self defence, he can handle reasonably well.

By now, he has a number golems that have proven effective and can be taken to the street:

The Brute - a four armed monstrosity made of rock that charges opponents with brute strength.
The Protector - an armored knight that moves between the villains and their victims.
The Angel - A curious creature Prague made by dressing a Mannequin in an angel costume. The resulting golem can channel his own magic in bursts of healing or damage.

Public Perception

Prague likes to keep a low profile. In combat, he prefers to stand back and in the shadows while his creations deal with the bad guys. Few people have seen his face close enough to recognize him and so he became kind of a local mystery. In his civilian identity as town librarian and son of a wealthy and somewhat eccentric university professor he is sometimes seen helping out with charity events.
