Jennifer Creeseman, known in Millennium City by her alias Polarean is a superheroine working for UNITY, and is a co-founder of Grainger's Team.

Stellar and considered a model student in both the eyes of the public and the eyes of her family, there is more to Jennifer than meets the eye. Jennifer is the older sister of the legendary supercosmic villain Bobby Creeseman, The Angel of Anarchy, and is one of the primary contributing factors behind her little brother's fall into villainy. Though not nearly as powerful as The Vancouver Angel, Jennifer will stop at nothing to save Bobby from himself, even if it means stepping up and becoming a superhero. Wracked with guilt over the one fateful night that sealed Bobby's life, Jennifer's desire to redeem herself in her brother's eyes manifested in the awakening of her own powers, and the creation of a new hero, the first hero to ever emerge from the accursed Creeseman bloodline.

An expert hand-to-hand fighter, Jennifer is a former protege to the notorious vigilante Nighthawk, after the former discovered Jennifer's connection to The Angel of Anarchy. Initially intent on killing her, Nighthawk changed his mind after witnessing Jennifer's refusal to die without saving her brother. Putting a gamble on the aspiring superheroine, Nighthawk accepted Jennifer's request to become her mentor and to teach her the ways of wielding her telekinetic weapons.

As Polarean, Jennifer fights crime for the sake of justice, in hopes of one day gaining enough strength and allies to stop her younger brother for good. Jennifer spends the other half of her life as an upcoming Archeologist, an alumnus of Millennium City University who graduated top of her class.

Jennifer is described by both Bobby and James to be beautiful with an athletic build. Like her little brother, Jennifer possesses brown hair which is parted to her right side, and olive eyes. When angered, Jennifer's eyes sometimes appear animalistic, a trait that appears to be common amongst her family. Tommy Park claims that when Jennifer is angry, her face looks like Bobby's, much to her annoyance.

As Polarean, Jennifer dons a black and grey Kevlar bodysuit with white accents. Around her waist is a white Kendrium utility belt that houses her devices. Jennifer also wears a tinted visor which protects her eyes during combat. When Jennifer uses her powers, her body sometimes gains a white glow, distorting the space within her vicinity as air molecules merge together under the influence of her abilities.

In combat, Jennifer wields telekinetic projections, typically fighting claws similar to her mentor.

Outside of her hero work, Jennifer wears more casual clothes, frequently seen wearing a blouse and leggings, or her Millennium City University hoodie.

Personality

"The Jennifer Creeseman before me is like a spoiled princess. You were the prettiest girl on the block. Having men hit on you was just your average afternoon. Perfect grades and a well-established career and a boyfriend who loves you. Never once did you know what it felt like to be inferior in every regard. Perhaps that is why your words had no impact on him. I will break you down. I will make you feel like garbage, You will question your own abilities. But if you survive this ordeal... perhaps you may be able to approach your brother again, and maybe then, will your words finally reach him."

Jennifer is an extremely strong-willed woman with a desire to help those in need. Jennifer's willpower has been one of her most remarkable features, one so notable that it was one of the driving reasons behind Nighthawk accepting her as his student. Caring, and compassionate, but stern and strict when the situation calls for it, Jennifer's diplomatic skills have been a tremendous help in her superhero team, which consists of several "bad-apples" who are kept in line by the superheroine.

Following a brutal training regimen under the tutelage of Nighthawk, Jennifer had become significantly more hardened; her words became harsher and her actions more merciless against supervillains.
