Since ancient times the Keisatsu clan of northern Hokkaido have taken uppon themselves to fight for truth and justice for every citizen of Japan. An ancient and secret organization who throughout it's history both fought against and alongst the law, as respected lawbringers or hunted vigilantes. What has stayed the same over the centuries are their undisputed, near superhuman skills. This have fascinated and attracted people for ages, though the secretive order never revealed their secrets to any outsiders. This didn't stop men from trying to steal this information from them however, one of these was the ruthless villain Dr. Julij Ivanov. He manage to kidnap one of their younger members, then only 19years old Saburo Satoshi, and take him back to his lab in Utistan. There he performed cruel experiments on the young man, and when he was unable to find any natural causes for their enhanced physic he tried to force the answer out of his captive through the most brutal of torture. As the young Saburo refused to crack Julij decided to make him into one of his minions by injecting him with the powerfull cybernetic, bioenginering substance he used to enhance the soldiers of his organization Novaya Zarya. This extremly potent brew granted Saburo inhuman strength, durability and brainfunctions on top of his already impressive physiqe, although as time went on it slowly corrupted his mind, turning him into a mindless slave. He resisted this with all his strength, though he knew it was only a matter of time.

Then all of a sudden his prison was under siege. The Keisatsu clan had finally tracked Julij down and had come for the rescue of their young brother. As the battle raged in Saburo could feel his will slipping away, how his body turned into a machine. His brothers fought valiantly agaisnt the Novaya Zarya when suddenly they were greated by Julij himself, at his side where Saburo dressed for battle. Before ayone could understand what was going on Saburo attacked, his new powers proving to be far above any of his brothers. Just as he was turning the tide of battle, beating his rescuers one by one, Saburos willpower for one splitsecond overcome the mindbending injection. He immidiatly turned his own sword against him, piercing his heart before he could kill his own brothers. As he sunk to the ground in his own blood, the Keisatsu clansmen grabbed his body and dissapeared in smokecloud, bringing their fallen one back to Hokkaido.

One might think this would mean the end for Saburo, though his heroic sacrifise had granted him the greatest honour within the Keisatsu. As his corpse where presented to the elders he was marked with ritual tattos and brought deep into the catacombs under the ancient monestary. There, in a sacred urn was the secret key to the Keisatsus power. Blood from the demongod Orochi, drawn by the hero Susanoo in ancient times. One drop of this sacred blood could bring immense powers to a man, enough so for them to conquer death itself. This was a gift only for the most noble and dedicated members of the Keisatsu's, often it would take many years of loyal service and countless tasks of bracery for one to become worthy of such a gift. This was of a reason though, as ones the gift of the serpentgog was given so was also the curse, forever would Saburos soul now be in a fight with Orochis will, a battle with his soul on stake.

All seemed to have worked out for the better when suddenly the monestary found itself under attack. The warriors who brought Saburo back didn't know that he could be tracked though to his cybernetic implant, and now they attacked as retribution with full force. Saburo himself could not join in the battle as he was still recovering. The Keisatsu fought back with all the power ad courage they could muster, though against the endless army of bioenginered monsters of Novaya Zarya even they were no match. As the inner sanctum was breached the oldest of the clan took Saburos body and fled the best he could. Saburo himself started to regain his strength slowly, awakening in complete confusion as the exhausted monk tried to explain the situation to him. The monk told him to run, for now. To regain his power, to find a path of his own to build up his strength and when the time was right, take his vengance upon Novaya Zarya and return to the ruins of the monestary to revive the Keisatsu clan. With this heavy burden on his shoulders Saburo was told to flee the scene so that he wasn't recaptured. As he made his way into the mountains he could see his home, his brothers and everything he knew and cherished burn to the ground at the hand of Novaya Zarya. Words cannot describe the hatread that lies locked deep in his heart.

Saburo did as he was told. For 5 years he lived a solitary life in the mountains, always training, always on the run from Novaya Zarya. The biomechanic implant in his body was weakened yet still present, lucky for him it seemed unable to take over his brain now. Though this was now replaced witth the corruption of Orochi, though through meditation and willpower this was kept under check. Only when exploiting his demonic powers Saburo cold feel the dark will of the serpent slowly gnawing at his mind. As time went on and his powers increased he decided it was time to face Novaya Zarya and have his revenge. This however ended in disaster as Saburo faced a humiliating defeat against the Handy Man, the right hand of Novaya Zarya and a villain of unstoppable force. Only tanks to the combination of demonic powers and bioenginered physics did Saburo make it out alive. This experience taught him that his powers alone was not enough against the might of Novaya Zarya, he needed allies. Having heard rumors about the mighty superheros fighting such threats daily, Saburo made his way to the US to find the most powerfull allies. He approached UNTIL as a voluteer and was rapidly advancing the ranks through his skills and determination, now opperating under the name Onikiri he ones again lives out the legacy of the Keisatsu clan, fighting evil and injustice wherever it shows it's ugly face.

Powers

Master Martialartist:

Onikiri was born into the Keisatsu clan and have since he's been able to walk been trained in the art of combat and stealth, all the skills a Ninja needs

Biomechanic Enhancement:

Onikir was injected by the Noxaya Zaryas superenhacung serum, increasing his streangth, durability and brainfunctions beyond peakhuman. Though he's not near enough to compete head on with a metahuman his body is still beyond that of a normal human

Demonic Possession:

Onikiri shares his body with the power of the demonic entity Orochi, granting him powers such as inhuman regeneration and shadowmanipulation. Equipment

Techsword

Onikiris mainweapon is a doublehanded techkatana. This has two stages, a blunt, non-lethal one charged with powerfull electric stuns and a sharp one were through violent, microscopic vibrations the edge becomes sharp enough to cleave through metal like butter

Stunshurikens

Hightech shurikens with short, razorsharp tips designed only to puncture a little ito the skin also charged with electric stuncharges

Gassgrenades

Does what it says, deploys a thick, heavy smokescreen over a large area Advanced UNTIL bodyarmor

Protects his body from bullets and sharp objects, though only to a certain degree

Even though Onikiri have enhanced physics these doesn't come near metalevels. His not strong enouh to lift a car, he's not tough enough to take a bullet to the chest

Corruption

His soul is at constant battle with his demonic lodger, meaning he can't overuse his dark powers. The demonic side is also fed by extreme negative emotions such as anger, sorrow or doubt, something he carries with him alot. Therefore he tends to hold back during fights not to give into his emotions and also keeps him from open ip to his allies, making him seemingly distant and cold
