Summary
Mach Speed is a member of OMEGA, a super team from Multifaria who found their way to our Dimension. He is OMEGA's top agent at reconnaissance and is feared throughout the land as Citizen Harmon's personal assassin.
Mach Speed first appeared in our dimension some time in October, 2012 (though reports show his claim of being here before that to be more or less accurate) when he revealed himself by assassinating DE:LTA agent Dawn. It is believed that he defeated our dimensions Speed and then posed as him in order to gain INTEL on current DE:LTA members. Records show that he was able to hack into the UNTIL mainframe, specifically DE:LTA files, though the level of information he may have stolen is unknown.
Mach Speed claims that he, with the aid of some unknown device, was able to lure former DE:LTA agent Glimmer back to her home world. He also claims that he planted a bomb that was set to detonate in orbit, allegedly killing her. This can not be confirmed or denied as there have been no successful attempts to reach her.
Mach Speed has a very twisted sense of humor. He appears to revel in his defeats of his enemies as he is fond of taunting and mocking them before, during and even after the fight. One case being that he some times enjoys leaving calling cards or even letters (Mach Speed's letter to DE:LTA) as his ego seems to be so drastic that he actually wants his targets to know he was responsible. Though he talks incessantly, he seems to have a favorite catch phrase that he only uses after assassinating his target, "Bang. Yer dead". Mach Speed's name is even derived from his need to mock and taunt. His real name is unknown but it is believed that he chose the name "Mach Speed" once he became aware of our dimensions Speed in an attempt to "mock" him.
